2025年3月26日晚，由希尔顿集团与蓝睛灵（做你的眼睛beYoureyeS）深入合作并共同发起的“做你的眼睛·视障者职场赋能“百日计划”2.0（第五期）项目在线举行结营仪式，标志着为期百天的视障者职场赋能计划圆满结束。该项目旨在挖掘视障人士在酒店行业的职业发展潜能，为他们创造更多的学习和发展机会，助力实现职业梦想。本期学员、希尔顿集团代表、导师团队、蓝睛灵工作人员及受邀嘉宾齐聚云端，共同见证了这一重要时刻。
On March 26th, 2025, Hilton Group and Lanjingling’s beYoureyeS project jointly held the online closing ceremony for the fifth session of the “beYoureyeS 100-Day Engagement 2.0,” marking the successful end of this workplace empowerment initiative for persons with visual impairment. This project aims to tap into the career potential of persons with visual impairment in the hospitality industry by providing them with learning and development opportunities to help realize their professional goals. Participants, including trainees, Hilton representatives, mentors, staff from beYoureyeS, and invited guests gathered virtually to celebrate the occasion.

“百日计划”2.0（第五期）于2024年11月30日在沪启动，分为成长营和执行期两个阶段。成长营期间，来自全国各地的14位视障青年实地探访了希尔顿集团及旗下多家酒店、参观高科技公司，并参与了无障碍瑜伽体验，皮划艇体验、定向行走课及职场能力建设课程等活动。随后，学员们回到居住地，进入执行期，通过每周一次的线上主题课程和一对一职业辅导，逐步提升职场技能，探索在酒店行业的职业发展。
结营仪式主要由视障学员们策划和执行，三位学员代表分别分享了他们的成长与收获。其中学员小雅已于2025年2月通过试用期，成功入职上海虹桥祥源希尔顿酒店。在颁奖环节，学员们用歌声和诗歌深情的表达了对导师和项目组的感谢。仪式上，主讲导师妮子总结了学员们的学习情况。来自希尔顿等公司的导师代表Rachel、史晶及蓝睛灵创始人纪元分别发言。
希尔顿集团大中华区及蒙古人力资源副总裁Christine Wang通过书面贺信向学员们表示祝贺并表示：“希尔顿集团始终秉持‘以人为本’的理念，致力于为有障人士提供职业发展的机会。通过‘百日计划’，我们不仅为视障人士提供了职业技能培训，更为他们搭建了融入职场的桥梁。”
Launched on November 30, 2024, in Shanghai, the program was divided into a Growth Camp and an Execution Phase. During the Growth Camp, 14 young persons with visual impairment from across China visited Hilton hotels, toured high-tech companies, and participated in activities such as accessible yoga, kayaking, orientation and mobility training, and workplace skills courses. Afterward, they returned to their local communities and entered the Execution Phase, attending weekly online seminars and one-on-one mentoring sessions to build professional competencies and explore careers in hospitality.
The closing ceremony, led and planned by the trainees themselves, featured moving speeches from three representatives who shared their growth journeys. One participant, Xiao Ya, officially joined the Shanghai Hongqiao Xiangyuan Hilton Hotel in February 2025 after successfully completing her probation period. During the awards segment, trainees expressed their gratitude to mentors and the organizing team through heartfelt songs and poetry. Lead mentor Nizi summarized the participants’ development, and Rachel, Shi Jing (Hilton mentors), and Ji Yuan, founder of beYoureyeS, each delivered remarks.
Christine Wang, Vice President of Human Resources for Hilton Greater China and Mongolia, congratulated the participants via a written message:“At Hilton, we are committed to a people-first culture and to creating career pathways for persons with disabilities. Through the 100-Day Engagement initiative, we not only deliver practical training, but also help build bridges into the workforce for persons with visual impairment.”

在仪式的尾声，视障学员们献上自主创作的《夜空中最亮的星》作为“彩蛋”，将仪式推向了高潮。视频中，学员们不仅在居住地的地标前倾情演绎，更巧妙地融入了"百日计划"的难忘瞬间，用心灵之光照亮了自己的夜空。（视频内容详见以下链接）
“百日计划2.0”（第五期）的圆满结束，标志着希尔顿集团与蓝睛灵在推动视障者职场赋能方面又迈出了坚实的一步。通过“百日计划”，现已有6位视障伙伴加入希尔顿大家庭。未来，希尔顿集团将继续为学员们提供酒店实习与工作机会，开启他们新的职业征程。双方将继续携手，推动更多视障人士进入酒店行业，共创包容与多元的无障碍职场环境。
As a surprise finale, the trainees premiered a music video titled “The Brightest Star in the Night Sky.” Shot in front of landmarks in their hometowns and interwoven with memorable program moments, the video illuminated their journey with passion and creativity. (Watch via the link below.)
The successful conclusion of Session 5 marks another solid step forward in the partnership between Hilton Group and beYoureyeS in empowering persons with visual impairment for the workplace. So far, six persons with visual impairment have joined the Hilton family through the initiative. Moving forward, Hilton will continue to offer internships and career opportunities while deepening its partnership with Lanjingling to foster a more inclusive, accessible hospitality industry.

做你的眼睛第413期至第417期周末融合活动于3月2日、9日、16日、23日和30日在世纪公园、闵行文化公园、古美公园和黄浦滨江开展。
第416期周末融合活动时，新视障伙伴韩超分享：他今天走出来参加活动，也想到了很多视障伙伴仍然不敢出门，但现在的社会环境已经越来越好，也希望能有更多的视障者能走出家门，融入社会。

The 413th through 417th beYoureyeS weekend inclusive activities were held on March 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th at Century Park, Minhang Cultural Park, Gumei Park, and Huangpu Riverside.
During the 416th activity, Han Chao, a new participant and person with visual impairment, shared:“Today I made the choice to step out and join this event. I thought about many others who are still hesitant to go outside. But with society becoming more inclusive, I hope more persons with visual impairment will feel encouraged to step outside and connect with the world.”

3月22日下午，蓝睛灵携手某高科技企业志愿者及童军团体的孩子和家长，开展了“做你的眼睛”无障碍体验公益活动。活动中，蓝睛灵无障碍引导师讲解了视障群体的日常挑战，并带领参与者戴上眼罩，体验引导行走和慢跑，让孩子们直观感受无障碍环境的重要性。通过亲身实践，孩子们不仅拓展了视野，也培养了同理心和包容意识。
企业志愿者们也逐步认识到无障碍理念的社会价值，未来将在职场和生活中更多关注无障碍建设。
On March 22nd, beYoureyeS collaborated with volunteers from a leading tech firm and a local scout troop for an accessibility-themed public event. Accessibility guides from beYoureyeS introduced the daily challenges faced by persons with visual impairment and led participants through blindfolded walking and jogging exercises to experience the importance of accessible environments.
Through hands-on experience, the children broadened their understanding, developed empathy, and cultivated a spirit of inclusion. Corporate volunteers also gained deeper insight into the societal value of accessibility and committed to promoting it in their professional and personal lives.

3月26日早晨，Apple首席运营官（COO）Jeff Williams 在上海世纪公园与蓝睛灵的视障伙伴小毛、晓艳、晓斌、虞滔进行了亲切交流。
晓艳和小毛分享了他们自2015年起参与“做你的眼睛”视障陪跑活动的经历，并介绍了Apple Watch旁白、健康App 以及体能训练App等功能在运动与日常生活中的应用和便利性。Apple志愿者任菲、Michael、Simon等也参与了此次活动，他们长期以来积极参与并支持“做你的眼睛”各类公益活动。此外，今天现场还迎来两位特别的嘉宾Yoyo（微博@Yoyo孙佳祺）和高冷（微博@高冷Lenggao），以博主身份参与的他们，既是首次加入“做你的眼睛”活动的志愿者，也是整场活动的见证者。

On the morning of March 26th, Jeff Williams, Chief Operating Officer of Apple, visited Century Park in Shanghai to meet with beYoureyeS running partners Xiao Mao, Xiao Yan, Xiao Bin, and Yu Tao — all persons with visual impairment.
Xiao Yan and Xiao Mao shared their journey with beYoureyeS since 2015 and demonstrated how Apple’s VoiceOver, Health, and Fitness apps have empowered their daily routines and fitness goals. Apple volunteers Ren Fei, Michael, and Simon — long-time supporters of the initiative — also attended. Two special guests, Yoyo (@Yoyo孙佳祺) and Gao Leng (@高冷Lenggao), joined as first-time volunteers and captured the day’s memories.
The participants shared stories and insights with Jeff Williams, and the event ended with a commemorative group photo.
3、蓝睛灵与泛林集团再次携手，共话无障碍与多元包容
3. Lanjingling and Lam Research Join Hands Again to Discuss Accessibility and Inclusion

3月26日下午，蓝睛灵与泛林集团再次携手，举办了一场以“无障碍”为主题的线上分享活动。此次活动聚焦从视障者支持扩展到对整个残障群体的关注与支持，旨在推动对多元包容与无障碍理念的理解与认同。
活动中，蓝睛灵工作人员兼视障伙伴松松与晓斌、视频博主同时也是轮椅使用者大程子，从各自角度分别做了分享，包含对残障及无障碍的理解，从自身残障特点出发与无障碍之间的故事以及如何更好的支持残障者。蓝睛灵联合创始人纪元则从公益组织的角度分享了为无障碍做出的努力及面临的挑战。参与者积极与分享者互动，无障碍相关的小视频给大家留下了深刻印象。
蓝睛灵希望通过此次活动，进一步深化大家对无障碍环境和多元包容的理解，助力企业营造更加包容、尊重和互助的工作氛围。未来，蓝睛灵将继续携手更多伙伴，共同推动无障碍环境建设与多元融合，让每个人都能被温柔相待。
On the afternoon of March 26th, Lanjingling and Lam Research once again joined hands to host an online sharing session themed around “Accessibility.” This event focused on expanding support from persons with visual impairments to the entire community of persons with disabilities, aiming to foster a deeper understanding and recognition of accessibility and inclusion.
During the session, Lanjingling staff member and person with visual impairment, SongSong, along with Xiaobin, and content creator Dachengzi, who is also a wheelchair user, shared their personal stories. They spoke from their unique perspectives about the relationship between their disabilities and accessibility, as well as how to better support persons with disabilities. Ji Yuan, the co-founder of Lanjingling, shared the efforts and challenges faced by Lanjingling as a nonprofit organization in promoting accessibility. Participants actively interacted with the speakers, and short videos related to accessibility left a lasting impression on everyone.
Through this event, Lanjingling hopes to further deepen participants’ understanding of accessibility and inclusion, helping the company cultivate a more inclusive, respectful, and supportive work environment. In the future, Lanjingling will continue to work with more partners to promote accessible environments and inclusive communities, ensuring that everyone can be treated with kindness and respect.

2025年3月7日，万源城协和双语学校举办了一年一度的“爱在万源”义卖活动，现场气氛热烈。作为公益组织，蓝睛灵第二次受邀参与此次活动，与师生及家长们共同推广多元与包容的理念。
在蓝睛灵的展位上，视障伙伴们与学校的学生、家长及志愿者携手组织义卖，并精心设计了沉浸式体验游戏，向大家展示蓝睛灵在公益领域的实践和探索。同时，视障咖啡师小雅现场冲泡手冲咖啡，让参与者在品味醇香的同时，感受无障碍融合就业的可能性。
活动中，学生们戴上眼罩体验趣味游戏，从中感受视障者在日常生活中的真实需求与能力，进一步增强对无障碍环境的理解与支持。此次义卖不仅为公益事业筹集善款，更在互动交流中深化了多元共融的社会理念。

On March 7, 2025, SUIS Wanyuan hosted its annual "Love in Wanyuan" charity sale with a vibrant atmosphere. Invited for the second time, beYoureyeS joined students, parents, and volunteers in promoting values of diversity and inclusion.
At the beYoureyeS booth, persons with visual impairment worked alongside students and volunteers to run the charity sale and designed immersive experience games to showcase the organization’s advocacy efforts. Barista Xiao Ya, also a person with visual impairment, brewed hand-crafted coffee onsite, demonstrating the possibilities of inclusive employment while participants enjoyed the aroma.
Students participated in blindfolded games that simulated real-world challenges, deepening their empathy and understanding of the needs and capabilities of persons with visual impairment. This event not only raised charitable funds but also reinforced the importance of inclusive values through meaningful interaction.
2、蓝睛灵携手万源城协和双语学校，共创公益体验周

3月17日至3月20日，蓝睛灵公益组织再次走进万源城协和双语学校，为小学至高中多个年级的学生带来10场丰富多彩的公益主题活动。本次系列活动标志着蓝睛灵与万源城协和双语学校连续第二年合作开展公益体验周。在去年的基础上，活动形式更加多样，内容也进一步升级。
在全黑环境中，师生们依靠听觉和触觉完成团队协作任务，深刻体验视障者的生活方式，增进对视障群体的理解。此外，视障伙伴与音乐老师携手，为学生们带来一场别开生面的无障碍音乐课程，让大家在互动中感受音乐的包容性与多样性。
本周的活动还包括盲文体验、陪跑绳制作、特色体育课、情景剧以及分享交流会等，通过多元互动让学生们更直观地理解无障碍的重要性。
这一系列沉浸式体验活动，从多个角度倡导多元与融合理念，激发学生们对无障碍环境的关注和思考。未来，蓝睛灵将与万源协和双语学校进一步深化合作，持续推动无障碍理念的传播，共同营造更加包容的社会环境。

From March 17th to 20th, beYoureyeS returned to SUIS Wanyuan to deliver ten public welfare-themed activities for students from elementary through high school. This marked the second consecutive year of their “Public Welfare Experience Week,” now expanded in both content and format.
In completely dark environments, students and teachers completed team tasks using only hearing and touch, gaining a deeper understanding for the day-to-day experiences of persons with visual impairment. Music teachers teamed up with persons with visual impairment to lead a unique inclusive music class, demonstrating music’s power to unify.
Other events included Braille workshops, guide-rope crafting, adaptive sports, short skits, and open discussions — engaging students in hands-on learning about accessibility. These immersive experiences promoted inclusion from many angles and inspired a new level of awareness. Lanjingling and Wanyuan Xiehe plan to deepen their collaboration in the future, continuing to promote inclusive values in education.
3、何叶道-爱在万源春季足球慈善邀请赛圆满落幕
3. HOYEDO – Love in Wanyuan Spring Charity Football Tournament Concludes Successfully
3月22日，2025年何叶道-爱在万源春季足球慈善邀请赛在幸运星足球场举行，协和万源老狼队、豫园股份足球队、无锡老二中校友队和HOYEDO兄弟连四支队伍参赛。比赛前，主办方上海何叶道信息技术有限公司、承办单位上海幸运星足球俱乐部及各参赛队伍共同向蓝睛灵公益组织捐赠善款，以实际行动支持公益事业。蓝睛灵理事长陆向东现场接受捐赠并致谢。
比赛间隙，蓝睛灵特别策划了盲人足球体验活动。上海盲人足球队现役队员朱浩、宋虎向观众介绍盲人足球规则，并进行传球和射门演示。随后，现场足球爱好者佩戴眼罩体验盲人足球，在欢声笑语中感受视障者对运动的热爱。
本次赛事不仅促进了足球交流，更提升了公众对视障群体体育参与的关注，展现了体育与公益结合的力量。感谢各参赛队伍、主办方和承办方，让这场比赛充满意义与温暖。

On March 22nd , the 2025 HOYEDO – Love in Wanyuan Spring Charity Football Tournament took place at Lucky Star Football Field, featuring teams from the SUIS Wanyuan Old Wolves, Yuyuan Co., Wuxi No. 2 High School Alumni, and the HOYEDO Brotherhood. Before kickoff, organizers and participating teams donated to Lanjingling to support their work in public welfare. Lu Xiangdong, co-founder of Lanjingling, received the donation with gratitude.
During the intermission, Lanjingling hosted a blind football demo, led by Shanghai Blind Football Team members Zhu Hao and Song Hu, who introduced the rules and gave passing and shooting demonstrations. Spectators, blindfolded for the experience, got a chance to engage in the game and appreciate the passion of persons with visual impairment for sports.
The event not only fostered athletic exchange but also raised public awareness around accessible sports and the inclusive spirit behind them. Thanks to all teams and organizers for creating a meaningful and inspiring event.
4、蓝睛灵携手万源协和，开启黑暗之旅无障碍体验

3月29日下午，蓝睛灵与万源协和双语学校携手带来一场沉浸式无障碍体验活动。
万源协和全力校长、老狼足球队队员及部分家长积极参与，高中部新成立的蓝睛灵公益社团成员Stephan Song与Alvin Lin同学不仅提供支持，更积极参与体验。
在全黑环境中，视障者担任“暗中导游”，引导参与者依靠听觉与触觉感知空间，完成团队协作任务，深刻体验视障者的日常生活。这场活动不仅加深了大家对视障群体的理解，也引发了对无障碍环境的全新思考——无障碍不只是为了视障者，而是让所有人都能享受更友善的环境。
万源协和长期致力于公益教育，鼓励师生和家长参与多元公益实践。未来，蓝睛灵将携手学校，探索更多创新公益活动，为师生带来更丰富的公益体验。

On the afternoon of March 29th, beYoureyeS and SUIS Wanyuan hosted an immersive “Journey in the Dark” event focused on accessibility awareness.
Principal Quanli, players from the Old Wolves football team, and several parents joined the activity. High school students Stephan Song and Alvin Lin, members of the school’s newly founded beYoureyeS club, provided support and actively participated.
Guided by persons with visual impairment in a completely dark space, participants relied on hearing and touch to complete team tasks and reflect on the importance of accessibility in everyday life. The event sparked a deeper understanding — not just of the needs of persons with visual impairment, but of how accessibility benefits all members of society.
Wanyuan Xiehe remains committed to public service education and encourages students and families to take part in diverse outreach initiatives. Lanjingling will continue to collaborate with the school to create more innovative, inclusive experiences.

3月5日，希尔顿全球预定和客服中心主管Sara老师带来了“客户体验管理”的主题课程，Sara老师分享了“客户体验管理对企业的重要性”，以及极具特色的“希尔顿客户管理方式”；
3月12日，连续参加5期“百日计划”来自某高科技企业的史晶老师围绕“自我认知与自我发展”的主题，通过案例分享和互动讨论，引导学员思考成长方法；
3月19日，蓝睛灵联合创始人之一纪元老师为学员们带来了“职业生涯规划实用工具”主题课程，学员们学习了多种实用工具后，了解了如何从职业小白通过学习、计划和行动，逐步实现自己的职业目标。课后纪元提供给学员们有效期为一年的生涯咨询卡，为学员们提供后续的支持和协助。
3月26日，由所有学员主导策划和执行的结营仪式圆满开展。

On March 12th, Shi Jing, a long-time mentor from a high-tech firm and participant in five sessions of the 100-Day Engagement, delivered a session on Self-Awareness and Personal Growth. Using case studies and interactive discussion, she guided trainees through key strategies for self-development.
On March 19th, Ji Yuan, co-founder of beYoureyeS, led a workshop on Practical Tools for Career Planning, providing frameworks for setting and achieving career goals. Each trainee received a one-year career consulting pass to support their continued growth.
On March 26th, trainees took full ownership of organizing and hosting the closing ceremony, marking the official conclusion of Session 5.

3月30日下午，向东受邀参加合木共建日•视障多元职业探索之路论坛，与近年来积极推动视障者多元就业的实践者和研究学者代表齐聚一堂，围绕经验分享与现实挑战展开深入探讨，共同探索视障群体更广阔的职业发展空间。

On the afternoon of March 30th, Lu Xiangdong was invited to speak at the Hemu共建日 Forum on Career Exploration for Persons with Visual Impairment. Joined by advocates and researchers, the forum highlighted both achievements and ongoing challenges in building wider employment pathways.

色彩缤纷的蓝睛灵
Lanjingling's Colorful Lives
来自上海市世外中学的小潘同学不仅与他的父母都是蓝睛灵的核心志愿者，他们每周都参与蓝睛灵的常规活动，同时也承担双语月刊的翻译工作，他在学校组织 无障碍社 BonVista，与社团的同学们一起宣传无障碍理念。
Pan, a student from Shanghai World Foreign Language Middle School, volunteers weekly with beYoureyeS alongside his parents. All three are core contributors to both events and translation of the bilingual newsletter. At school, Pan founded the BonVista Accessibility Club to promote awareness around accessibility.

beYoureyeS is a local NGO founded in January 2015, in Shanghai, and is dedicated to promoting sports accessibility, making it easier for those who are persons with visual impairments to enjoy sports.
在我们的活动中，无论视障者，还是健视者，都称呼彼此为蓝睛灵，我们的公益组织也叫这个名字。
Whether a runner with visual impairment or unimpaired runner, all of our participants are called "Lanjingling", which is also the name of our NGO.
