Lanjingling Wins Silver Award at a Public Welfare Innovation Competition
9月2日，第七届上海社会组织公益创新创业大赛决赛圆满落幕。蓝睛灵凭借扎实的项目实践与鲜明的公益理念，从457家参赛团队中脱颖而出，以全场得分第二名的成绩，荣获公益组织赛道银奖！
On September 2nd, the finals of the 7th Shanghai Social Organization Public Welfare Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition successfully concluded. With solid project execution and a strong public welfare vision, Lanjingling stood out among 457 participating teams, earning second-highest overall score and winning the Silver Award in the Public Welfare Organization category.

REGULAR WEEKEND ACTIVITIES
做你的眼睛第437期至第440期周末融合活动于9月7日、14日、21日和27日在古美公园、黄浦滨江和世纪公园开展。
The 437th to 440th beYoureyeS weekend inclusive activities took place on September 7, 14, 21, and 27 at Gumei Park, Huangpu Riverside, and Century Park.

9月7日在古美公园开展的第437期周末融合活动中，蓝睛灵迎来4位第一次参加活动的视障伙伴，新老朋友们一起体验无障碍皮划艇，感受运动无障碍的理念给每一个人带来的便利与快乐。
At the 437th event on September 7, Lanjingling welcomed four persons with visual impairment participating for the first time. Together with the long-time participants, everyone enjoyed an accessible kayaking experience — discovering firsthand how accessible sports can bring joy, independence, and freedom to all.

1、蓝睛灵 × 福特汽车 | 传递多元、融合与无障碍理念
1. Lanjingling x Ford Motors | Promoting Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility
9月5日，蓝睛灵携手福特汽车在上海举办了两场别开生面的CSR体验活动，通过一系列互动环节和无障碍观影，让志愿者与视障伙伴在真实交流中建立理解与连接。
On September 5th, Lanjingling and Ford Motors co-hosted two CSR events in Shanghai. Through interactive learning and an accessible film screening, volunteers and persons with visual impairment built genuine understanding and connection.

上午：无障碍意识工作坊
Morning: Accessibility Awareness Workshop
在蓝睛灵无障碍引导师的带领下，企业志愿者们参与了模拟体验游戏和视障礼仪互动，直观感受视障群体在日常生活中的真实需求与挑战。蓝睛灵团队还分享了“无障碍电影”的理念与实践案例，进一步拓展了公众对文化无障碍的认知。
Lanjingling accessibility mentors led simulation exercises and etiquette activities to help volunteers gain a real sense of the daily needs and challenges faced by persons with visual impairment. The team also introduced the concept of “accessible films,” sharing real project examples that broadened public understanding of cultural accessibility.

下午：无障碍观影体验
Afternoon: Accessible Movie Screening
40余位视障朋友与企业志愿者共同观看了无障碍版《浪浪山小妖怪》。视障伙伴通过专用耳机实时收听解说，清晰了解电影的视觉细节。许多视障朋友都是第一次体验“第三音轨”无障碍观影，他们感叹解说专业、细致，让观影过程更加完整，也能在影片上映第一时间享受到文化乐趣。
More than 40 persons with visual impairment joined Ford volunteers to watch the accessible version of “The Monsters of Langlang Mountain”. With specialized headsets providing real-time audio descriptions, participants were able to follow the visual elements of the film in detail.
For many, this was their first experience with a “third audio track” accessible screening. They said the narration was professional and immersive, making the experience far more complete and allowing them to enjoy the film at the same time as the sighted audience.

2、蓝睛灵与某高科技企业开展无障碍意识工作坊
2. Accessibility Workshop with a High-Tech Enterprise
9月24日下午，蓝睛灵团队为某高科技企业的员工带来一场无障碍意识工作坊。作为深入合作的公益伙伴，蓝睛灵与该企业本次以线上+线下多地参与的方式，让更多关注无障碍理念的企业员工也能参与活动。
On September 24th, Lanjingling conducted an accessibility awareness workshop for employees of a high-tech company. As long-time partners, the two sides adopted a hybrid online-plus-offline format across multiple locations, enabling more accessibility-minded employees to participate.

活动中，蓝睛灵的无障碍引导师分享了视障者的相关信息与无障碍理念。企业参与者在趣味游戏里，亲身体验视障者依靠听觉、触觉获取信息、完成任务的过程，也真切理解了无障碍环境对视障者的重要性。
Lanjingling’s accessibility mentors shared insights about persons with visual impairment and the principles behind accessibility design. Through interactive games, participants experienced how individuals with visual impairment depend on hearing and touch — deepening their appreciation of why a barrier-free environment matters.

9月7日，“百日计划 2.0”——“做你的眼睛”视障者职场赋能项目的第6期招募正式开启。
蓝睛灵与希尔顿酒店集团继续携手，深度挖掘视障人士在酒店行业的职业发展潜能，帮助大家积蓄力量、磨砺技能，奔向属于自己的闪耀未来！
On September 7th, recruitment opened for the 6th session of “100-Day Engagement (2.0),” a workplace empowerment program for persons with visual impairment.
Lanjingling continues its collaboration with Hilton Hotels Group to uncover the potential of persons with visual impairment in the hospitality industry. The program equips participants with practical skills, confidence, and momentum as they build toward a future shaped by their own ambitions.

2025年做你的眼睛中秋聚餐会
2025 beYoureyeS Mid-Autumn Festival Gathering
9月27日第440期周末融合活动之后，大家伙儿来到二楼室内，开始了欢乐开心的中秋聚餐会。小伙伴们带来了各种各样的美食彼此分享。特别是姜姐做了多款卤味堪称一绝，太好吃啦！
After the 440th weekend inclusive activity on September 27th, everyone gathered in the indoor hall on the second floor for a warm and lively Mid-Autumn Festival celebration. Participants brought a wonderful variety of homemade dishes to share — Auntie Jiang’s famous braised specialties were the fans’ favorite!
演出由晏大叔打头阵，为纪念抗日战争胜利80周年、国庆76周年华诞献上京剧《红灯记》选段，小潘同学带来了吉他自弹自唱，大家一起表演了各自的节目，现场轻松又愉快。
The talent show opened with Uncle Yan performing a Peking Opera excerpt from “The Red Lantern” to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan and the 76th National Day. Xiao Pan followed with a guitar performance, and many other participants joined in with their own acts. The atmosphere was joyful, relaxed, and full of festive spirit.
