4月17日,为持续推进职场无障碍建设,提升企业员工对视障群体的理解与接纳。希尔顿集团携手蓝睛灵公益组织,于上海虹桥希尔顿逸林酒店举办“无障碍意识工作坊”。本次活动为“希望之光”融合就业项目的重要一环,标志着项目在该酒店的正式落地。
“希望之光”融合就业项目通过多元支持机制,为视障者拓展酒店行业的职业发展路径,打造包容、平等的无障碍职场环境。
本次工作坊由“百日计划”学员、项目大使江晓茵担任主持。她作为首批通过项目入职希尔顿的视障员工之一,现场分享了自己在佛山希尔顿的工作经历,激励了在场员工对于包容文化的深入思考。
On April 17, in an effort to foster accessible workplaces and enhance employee understanding and acceptance of persons with visual impairments, Hilton Group joined hands with Lanjingling to host an Accessibility Awareness Workshop at the DoubleTree by Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao. This event marked the official implementation of the "Light of Hope" inclusive employment program at this hotel.
The “Light of Hope” program aims to create an inclusive and equitable workplace by opening professional paths in the hospitality industry for individuals with visual impairments through diversified support mechanisms.
The workshop was hosted by Xiaoyin Jiang, a participant of the “100 Day Engagement” program and an ambassador of the project. As one of the first employees with visual impairments hired by Hilton in the program, she shared her working experience at Hilton Foshan, inspiring fellow employees to reflect deeply on inclusive culture.

在蓝睛灵无障碍引导师的带领下,参与者通过非视觉空间体验、视障礼仪互动等环节,真实感受视障者在职场中的日常状态,并围绕即将入职的“百日计划2.0”第五期学员小施的入职支持展开交流。企业员工们通过体验与反思,主动提出多项优化建议,涵盖入职培训、工作分工与日常协作等方面,为构建无障碍的职场环境奠定了基础。
Guided by accessibility mentors from Lanjingling, participants engaged in non-visual spatial navigation and interaction exercises to learn appropriate etiquette when interacting with persons with visual impairments. These activities offered authentic insights into the daily workplace experiences of persons with visual impairments. The session also included discussions on how to better support the onboarding of Xiao Shi, a participant from the fifth session of the “100-Day Engagement 2.0” program. Through experiential learning and reflection, Hilton employees proposed several suggestions to improve onboarding training, task allocation, and team collaboration — laying a solid foundation for a more accessible and inclusive work environment.

自2023年起,希尔顿与蓝睛灵携手推动融合就业,通过多层次、系统化的支持机制,为视障者融入职场搭建桥梁,为酒店行业树立了多元与包容的行业标杆,也为其他企业推动融合就业提供了可借鉴的实践范式。
Since 2023, Hilton has collaborated with Lanjingling to promote inclusive employment. Through multilayered and systematic support, the collaboration has built a bridge for visually impaired individuals to enter the workforce, setting a benchmark for diversity and inclusion in the hotel industry and providing a replicable model for other companies.

做你的眼睛第418期至第421期周末融合活动于4月6日、13日、20日和26日在闵行文化公园、古美公园、黄浦滨江和世纪公园开展。
进入4月蓝睛灵的周末融合活动开启了夏令时,从第418期周末融合活动开始调整成在上午9:00至11:00开展。
The 418th to 421st beYoureyeS Weekend Inclusive Activities were held on April 6, 13, 20, and 26 at Minhang Cultural Park, Gumei Park, Huangpu Riverside, and Century Park.
Starting in April, weekend inclusive activities switched to summer schedule and, starting with the 418th session, are now held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

4月20日在黄浦滨江开展的第420期周末融合活动时,“百日计划”4期学员、第一位入职希尔顿的视障者,目前在佛山希尔顿工作的江晓茵也来到了活动现场,与蓝睛灵联合创始人纪元一起跑了5公里。她同时是希尔顿与蓝睛灵联合开展的“希望之光”融合就业项目的宣传大使。晓茵今天是戴着眼罩跑的,她说,感受到的不是黑暗带来的恐惧,而是跑完5公里的开心。
During the 420th session on April 20 at Huangpu Riverside, Jiang Xiaoyin – participant in the 4th session of the “100 Day Engagement” program as well as the first employee with visual impairment and ambassador for the “Light of Hope” program – also joined the event. She ran 5 kilometers together with Lanjingling’s co-founder Annie Li. Xiaoyin ran while wearing an eye mask and shared that what she felt was not fear from darkness, but joy from completing the 5-kilometer run.

4月18日下午,蓝睛灵与Google在上海黄浦滨江共同开展了一场别具意义的企业社会责任(CSR)活动。
On the afternoon of April 18th, Lanjingling collaborated with Google to host a meaningful CSR activity at Huangpu Riverside in Shanghai.

在蓝睛灵无障碍引导师的带领下,Google员工通过一系列体验游戏学习视障礼仪与陪跑技巧,参与“beYoureyeS”无障碍接力赛。从最初戴上眼罩时的步履维艰,到最终在滨江步道自信奔跑,参与者在彼此配合中体会到了信任、陪伴与团队协作的力量。
Led by accessibility mentors from Lanjingling, Google employees participated in a series of experiential games to learn etiquette for engaging with persons with visual impairments and practiced guide running in a beYoureyeS relay challenge. Although they initially struggled to walk blindfolded, in the end, they were able to run confidently along the riverside trail, having gained a powerful sense of trust, companionship, and teamwork.

这场体验不仅拉近了企业员工与视障群体之间的距离,更引发对无障碍环境的深度思考:无障碍,不仅是为了视障者,更是为了让每一个人都能在更友善的环境中自由前行。
This activity not only brought Google employees closer to the community of persons with visual impairments but also sparked deep reflection: accessibility is not only for persons with disabilities – it is for everyone to go ahead freely in a more inclusive environment.

4月15日下午,蓝睛灵三位代表前往上海BFC外滩金融中心,参加第二届“益启成长•善育未来”慈善教育论坛。该论坛由浙江省新华爱心教育基金会联合多家伙伴机构共同举办。圆桌论坛环节,蓝睛灵联合创始人之一向东以与万源城协和双语学校开展的多种形式活动为例,分享了公益机构与学校深入合作,引导学生和视障群体主动参与开展活动共同倡导多元、无障碍理念的经验和思考。
In the afternoon of April 15th, three representatives from Lanjingling attended the second “Grow for Good: Better Education for a Better Future” Philanthropic Education Forum held at Shanghai’s BFC Bund Finance Center. The forum was jointly organized by Zhejiang Xin Hua Education Foundation and other partners. During a roundtable session, Ken Lu, co-founder of Lanjingling, shared experiences from collaborating with Shanghai United International School, Wanyuan Campus on various joint activities. He discussed how NGOs and schools can co-create inclusive educational experiences that encourage students and persons with visual impairments to take active roles in promoting diversity and accessibility together.

本月,在蓝睛灵公益实践基地(指向轻艇会古美公园)开展1场活动。
4月13日,开展了第419期周末融合活动。
来自娇韵诗的新老志愿者也参加了本期活动,与视障伙伴一起体验无障碍运动的快乐。
This month, one activity was held at the Lanjingling Public Welfare Practice Base (Direction Kayak, Gumei Park).
On April 13, the 419th beYoureyeS weekend activity was carried out at the base. Volunteers from Clarins – both new and familiar faces – joined in the activity, enjoying the joy of accessible sports alongside participants with visual impairments.

从2024年下半年开始,世外中学成立了无障碍社 BonVista,同学们用他们的眼睛和耳朵、与感受和思考什么是无障碍,他们从关注视力障碍者开始,后续也拓展到关注听力、肢体、心智障碍者、老年人等群体,希望能够帮助他们改变生活,找到自我价值。
Since the second half of 2024, students from Shanghai World Foreign Language Academy established BonVista club, a club focused on accessibility. Starting with attention to the needs of persons with visual impairments, they will also expand their scope to include hearing, mobility, and cognitive disabilities and elderlies. Their goal is to change lives and help everyone find self-worth.
从2024年6月成立社团以来,通过参加“做你的眼睛”陪跑、与蓝睛灵视障伙伴、社区视障者及公益志愿者采访交流、制作宣传海报、与蓝睛灵视障伙伴一起触摸艺术等大量的互动与宣传,让更多的人了解当前不同群体对无障碍的需求,也吸引了更多同学和家长加入到建设无障碍融合环境的实践中。
Since its founding in June 2024, BonVista members have participated in beYoureyeS running events, conducted interviews with persons with visual impairments, created posters, and engaged in art experiences – all of which promoted awareness and attracted more students and parents to join in building an inclusive society.
