1. Lanjingling joined hands with SUIS Wanyuan to host a special inclusion event, advancing youth engagement in public service. This also marked the 423rd Weekend Inclusion Activity.
5月11日上午，春光明媚的古美公园指向轻艇会（蓝睛灵公益实践基地）迎来一场特别的融合活动。来自万源城协和双语学校和上海市盲童学校的师生与家长齐聚一堂，共同参与第423期周末融合活动。
此次活动以“运动+公益”的方式，连接不同背景的青少年与家庭，让多元、平等、无障碍的理念在真实互动中落地生根。
On the morning of May 11th, under the bright spring sunshine, a special inclusion event was held at Direction Kayak (Lanjingling public welfare practice base). Teachers, students, and parents from SUIS Wanyuan and the Shanghai School for the Blind gathered together to take part in the 423rd Weekend Inclusive Activity.
This event combined “sports and public service” to connect young people and families from diverse backgrounds, allowing the values of diversity, equality, and accessibility to take root through meaningful, real-life interactions.

活动由蓝睛灵主持人松松开场致辞，热情欢迎来自各方的伙伴。万源协和校长全力随后发表讲话，宣布由高中生牵头组成的学生公益社团——“万源精灵社”正式成立。他寄语学生：
“让我们把‘爱在万源’这样的精神，做得更好，成为每一位万源学子离开校园时身上最重要的品质。”
The event began with a warm welcome from Lanjingling host Songsong, who greeted all the guests with enthusiasm. Principal Paul of SUIS Wanyuan followed with a speech, officially announcing the establishment of the student-led public welfare group — the “Wanyuan Jingling Club.” He encouraged the students with these words:
“Let us carry forward the spirit of ‘Love in Wanyuan’ and make it the most important quality that every Wanyuan student takes with them beyond the campus.”
蓝睛灵联合创始人陆向东也发表主题分享。他结合多年公益实践，强调：
“做公益，当然是做好事。但公益的本质，不只是做好事，更是做难事。公益，也是‘公难’——是做公认的、困难重重的事情，是要去触碰社会的顽疾，回应被忽略的群体，推动共识中最难达成的部分。”
Mr. Lu Xiangdong, co-founder of Lanjingling, shared insights from years of public welfare work. With years of experience in public service, he emphasized:
“Doing public service, of course, means doing good deeds. But the essence of public service is not only about doing good — it is also about tackling difficult challenges. Public service is also “public difficulty” — it involves taking on widely recognized, tough issues, addressing the deep-rooted problems in society, responding to overlooked groups, and advancing the most difficult parts of building consensus.”

随后，全力校长与陆向东共同为“万源精灵社”首任社长宋彭骋同学授旗并合影，标志着这一具有里程碑意义的青少年公益项目正式启航。
活动进入实践环节，万源协和皮划艇队的学生与盲童学校学生结对，开展水上无障碍运动体验。在指向轻艇会教练周老师的指导下，视障学生学习了划艇的安全知识与操作技巧，在湖面上感受风的轻拂与水的力量。
Following that, Paul and Mr. Lu Xiangdong jointly presented the flag to Song Pengcheng, the first president of the Wan Yuan Spirit Club, and took a group photo together, marking the official launch of this milestone youth public service project.
During the practical session, SUIS WY’s kayaking team paired with students from Shanghai School for the Blind for an accessible water sports experience. Under the guidance of Coach Zhou from Direction Kayak, students with visual impairments learned kayaking safety and techniques, enjoying the gentle breeze and water’s power on the lake.

与此同时，周末融合活动的视障参与者与陪跑员们也在公园里慢跑、健步，尽享户外运动的活力。
蓝睛灵的晓斌和姜姐为新加入伙伴开展了无障碍意识培训，让更多人理解视障者的实际需求与沟通引导方式。在随后的分享环节，来自盲童学校的学生笑着说：“划船的时候，风从脸上掠过，很自由，很快乐。”
Meanwhile, participants with visual impairments and their running guides jogged and walked briskly through the park, fully embracing the energy of outdoor activity.
Xiaobin and Ms. Jiang from Lanjingling led an accessibility awareness session for new members, helping more people understand the practical needs of persons with visual impairments and how to communicate and guide them effectively.
During the sharing session that followed, a student from the Shanghai School for the Blind smiled and said, “When I was rowing, the wind kissed my face — it felt so free and joyful.”

这不仅是一场融合体验，更是一次青年责任的觉醒。感谢万源协和双语学校师的组织与参与，感谢指向轻艇会无偿提供的场地与教学资源，感谢每一位真诚投入、彼此尊重的青少年与家庭。未来，蓝睛灵将持续携手更多教育机构、公益组织与企业，共同推动融合理念在青少年群体中的传播与实践，助力构建一个多元、友善、无障碍的未来社会。
This was not just an inclusive experience, but also an awakening of youth responsibility.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the teachers and students of SUIS Wanyuan for their organization and participation, to Direction Kayak Club for generously providing the venue and instructional resources, and to every young person and family who contributed with sincerity and mutual respect.
Looking ahead, Lanjingling will continue to partner with more educational institutions, nonprofits, and enterprises to promote the spirit of inclusion among youth, working together toward a diverse, friendly, and accessible future society.
2、蓝睛灵走进上海惠立学校，用“看不见”的体验点亮孩子们的理解与共情

5月30日，蓝睛灵团队受邀走进上海浦东新区民办惠立学校，在公益活动日当天为小学部五个年级带来了五场生动的“无障碍意识融合课”。
课程通过互动分享、情景短剧等形式，引导学生认识视障者的日常生活与需求，鼓励他们换位思考、理解多元差异。同学们带着好奇和善意积极参与，从陌生走向理解，在轻松的氛围中展开热烈提问，现场充满温暖与思考的力量。
On May 30th, the Lanjingling team was invited to visit Huili School Shanghai in Pudong, where they delivered five engaging “Accessibility Awareness Inclusion Workshops” for all five grades of the primary school as part of the school’s Public Welfare Day.
Through interactive sharing and short role-play skits, the workshops guided students to better understand the daily lives and needs of persons with visual impairments, encouraging empathy and appreciation of diversity. The students participated with curiosity and kindness, moving from unfamiliarity to understanding. The atmosphere was relaxed yet inspiring, filled with warmth, thoughtful questions, and meaningful reflection.

一位四年级学生Laura在课后主动写信表达感谢。她表示通过蓝睛灵的分享，看到了视障人群真实的世界和积极向上的生活态度，并意识到“每个人都不同，但每个人都有平等的生活与表达的权利”。
惠立学校倡导“从心•致远”的教育理念，重视长期主义和价值引导，而蓝睛灵也持续以“多元、融合、平等、赋能”为核心理念，将公益融合课程带进校园，用真实的互动种下理解与共情的种子。我们期待与更多学校携手，将“公益+教育”实践不断深化，共建更加包容、多元的校园文化。
A fourth-grade student, Laura, took the initiative to write a thank-you letter after the event. She said that through the Lanjingling's sharing, she saw the real world of people with visual impairments and their positive approach to life. She also realized that “everyone is different, but everyone has the equal right to live and express themselves.”
Hiba Academy Shanghai promotes the educational vision of "Be You. Be More." emphasizing long-term thinking and value-driven guidance. Similarly, Lanjingling upholds the core values of "diversity, inclusion, equality, and empowerment," bringing public welfare–inclusive programs into schools and planting the seeds of understanding and empathy through real, interactive experiences. We look forward to partnering with more schools to deepen the practice of “public welfare + education” and to co-create a more inclusive and diverse campus culture.

做你的眼睛第422期至第425期周末融合活动于5月4日、11日、18日和26日在新江湾公园、古美公园、黄浦和世纪公园开展。
The 422nd to 425th beYoureyeS weekend inclusive activities took place on May 4, 11, 18, and 26 in Xinjiangwan Park, Gumei Park, Huangpu, and Century Park.

5月4日的第422期周末融合活动，恰逢五一小长假和五四青年节，蓝睛灵们首次来到了新江湾公园，在指向轻艇会的支持下开展了本次活动。蓝睛灵小伙伴们体验了无障碍水上运动，开心地荡起双桨。
The 422nd weekend inclusive activity on May 4 coincided with the May Day holiday and the Youth Day. For the first time, the Lanjingling visited Xinjingwan Park and carried out the activity with the support of the Direction Kayak Club. The Lanjingling members joyfully experienced accessible water sports, paddling with smiles on their faces.
5月11日第423期周末融合活动期间，蓝睛灵与万源城协和双语学校及上海市盲童学校共同开展了无障碍皮划艇融合活动。

On May 11th, during the 423rd weekend inclusive activity, the Lanjingling team joined hands with SUIS Wanyuan and Shanghai School for the Blind to host an accessible kayak inclusive event.
In this activity, the Wan Yuan Jingling Club, an accessibility advocacy group led and organized by high school students from SUIS Wanyuan, was officially established. For more details, please refer to this month's The Biggest News.
5月18日，第35个助残日，第424期周末融合活动，来自万源协和、世外中学、平和中学、光华启迪的多位高中生参加活动，带来了年轻的多元、融合的活力。同时在黄浦滨江，发现了无障碍盲文提示牌。牌子上，用盲文标出了蓝睛灵开展活动的集合地点——5号库，以及牌子旁的台阶，还标出了左边的4号库和右边的董家渡码头。这样的无障碍设施悄悄地出现在了我们的身边，蓝睛灵通过每一次活动倡导的无障碍，在此刻变成了实实在在的提示。
On May 18th, the 35th National Day for Helping Persons with Disabilities coincided with the 424th Weekend Inclusion Activity. High school students from SUIS Wanyuan, Shanghai World Foreign Language Academy, Pinghe School, and Guanghua Qidi Education joined the event, bringing with them vibrant youthfulness and a spirit of diversity and inclusion.
Meanwhile, along the Huangpu Riverside, an accessible braille sign was discovered. The sign marked, in braille, the gathering point for the Lanjingling activity — Warehouse No. 5 — as well as the nearby steps. It also pointed out Warehouse No. 4 to the left and Dongjiadu Pier to the right.
Such accessible infrastructure is quietly appearing around us, turning the accessibility that Lanjingling has long advocated for through every activity into something visible, concrete, and real.

1、无障碍意识工作坊走进广州、深圳七家希尔顿酒店，助力“百日计划”学员顺利迈向职场
1. The Accessibility Awareness Workshop was held at seven Hilton hotels in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, supporting the "100-Day Engagement" participants as they take steps toward the workforce.
5月8日至9日，蓝睛灵公益组织与希尔顿集团联合开展的“无障碍意识工作坊”在广州、深圳七家希尔顿旗下酒店陆续举办。这是继上海首站后的又一重要落地行动，旨在为“百日计划”学员即将开始的实习做好全面准备。
From May 8 to 9, the "Accessibility Awareness Workshop," jointly organized by Lanjingling public welfare organization and Hilton Group, was held across seven Hilton hotels in Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Following its debut in Shanghai, this marks another key milestone in the initiative, aiming to fully prepare the "100-Day Engagement" participants for their upcoming internships.

本次工作坊由蓝睛灵无障碍引导师晓茵、晓斌、松松等带领，结合非视觉空间体验、视障沟通与协作培训，帮助酒店团队成员了解视障者的实际工作需求，提升职场包容意识。参与团队成员在体验中积极反思，主动提出多项可落地的支持建议，涵盖动线优化、岗位适配、同事协作等方面，为接下来的融合实习营造更友好的环境。
This workshop was led by Lanjingling facilitator Xiaoyin, Xiaobin, and Songsong. Combining non-visual spatial experiences with training on communication and collaboration with visually impaired persons, it helped hotel team members understand the actual work needs of people with visual impairments and enhance workplace inclusion awareness. Participants actively reflected during the experience and proactively proposed several practical support suggestions, covering aspects such as workflow optimization, job adaptation, and colleague collaboration, creating a more friendly environment for the upcoming inclusive internship.

从认知到行动，从理解到接纳，无障碍意识工作坊正成为连接视障者与酒店职场的重要桥梁。此次广州、深圳多家酒店的参与，也标志着“百日计划”在华南地区又一次迈出关键一步。
From awareness to action, from understanding to acceptance, the Accessibility Awareness Workshop is becoming an important bridge connecting visually impaired persons and the hotel workplace. The participation of multiple hotels in Guangzhou and Shenzhen also marks another key milestone for the "100-Day Engagement" in the South China region.

5月22日，蓝睛灵受邀参加米其林（中国）总部举办的 2025 CSR Day，与多家公益机构一同呈现一场聚焦多元议题、倡导社会责任的公益交流盛会。
On May 22nd, Lanjingling was invited to participate in the 2025 CSR Day hosted by Michelin (China) Headquarters, joining multiple nonprofit organizations to present a public welfare exchange event focused on diverse issues and promoting social responsibility.

现场分享环节中，蓝睛灵与其他公益组织代表分别介绍了机构使命与重点项目，涵盖残障融合、儿童成长、临终关怀等议题，展现出公益在不同领域的深度影响。
During the on-site sharing session, representatives from Lanjingling and other nonprofits respectively introduced their missions and key projects, covering topics such as disability inclusion, child development, and end-of-life care, showcasing the profound impact of public welfare across different fields.
活动现场，蓝睛灵设立沉浸式无障碍体验展台，通过可听、可触的互动小游戏，带领员工感受视障人士的日常挑战，理解无障碍环境对社会的普惠价值，也加深了对“看见差异，尊重差异，共建包容”的认同。
At the event site, Lanjingling set up an immersive accessibility experience booth. Through interactive audio and tactile games, it guided employees to feel the daily challenges faced by individuals with visual impairements, understand the inclusive value of accessible environments for society, and deepen their recognition of "seeing differences, respecting differences, and building inclusivity together."
米其林鼓励员工持续关注公益议题，积极参与未来的公益实践与志愿行动，携手共建包容、多元、可持续的社会环境。
Michelin encourages employees to continuously focus on public welfare issues, actively participate in future charitable practices and volunteer actions, and work together to build an inclusive, diverse, and sustainable social environment.
3、蓝睛灵开展 Apple 上海环贸 iapm 零售店探访活动，共话职场无障碍

5月24日上午，蓝睛灵举办“Apple 上海环贸 iapm 零售店探访日”活动。来自盲校的学生与家长，以及多位视障青年与志愿者共同参与。
On the morning of May 24, Lanjingling organized the “Apple Shanghai IAPM Retail Store Visit Day” event. Students and parents from Shanghai School for the Blind, along with several youth with visual impairements and volunteers, participated in the event.
在 Apple 员工的引导下，参与者们沉浸式体验了门店设计理念，了解 Apple 在零售服务中的细节追求，感受企业文化与多元包容的工作氛围。员工还介绍了 Apple 的招聘流程及为残障群体打造的无障碍支持。
With guidance from Apple staff, participants engaged in an immersive experience exploring the store’s design philosophy, learning about Apple’s attention to detail in retail services, and gaining a sense of the company’s culture and inclusive work environment. The staff also introduced Apple’s hiring process and its accessibility support designed for people with disabilities.
随后，Apple 的视障员工春晖分享了自己在 Apple 工作的心路历程。他坦言，职场无障碍并非一帆风顺，而是一次次跨越挑战、主动解决问题、靠近目标的过程。他还现场展示了 旁白（VoiceOver）的使用技巧，引发了热烈互动。
Chunhui, an Apple employee with visual impairments, shared his personal journey working at Apple. He remarked that achieving workplace accessibility is not always smooth. It is a process of overcoming challenges, proactively solving problems, and steadily moving toward one’s goals. He also gave a live demonstration of VoiceOver, sparking enthusiastic interaction from the audience.
