In November 2025, the 2025 “Rope 100” Relay Challenge and the “Love in Wanyuan” Public Welfare Carnival were successfully held. Throughout the month, Lanjingling organized four weekend inclusive activities, seven corporate CSR events, six school-based inclusive activities, and three activities related to the “100-Day Engagement Program.” In addition, Lanjingling hosted one major event and participated in another external race.

2025年11月22日，由上海市民办万源城协和双语学校与上海蓝睛灵体育志愿服务中心（做你的眼睛beYoureyeS）联合主办，在闵行区古美路街道指导及多家公益伙伴的支持下，2025“绳上100”接力挑战赛暨“爱在万源”公益嘉年华在古美公园顺利举行并圆满举办。
On November 22, 2025, the “Rope 100” Relay Challenge 2025 and the “Love in Wanyuan” Public Welfare Carnival were successfully held at Gumei Park. The event was co-hosted by SUIS Wanyuan and the Shanghai Lanjingling Sports Volunteer Service Center (beYoureyeS), under the guidance of the Gumeilu Subdistrict of Minhang District and with the support of multiple public welfare partners.

本次活动共集结30支接力队伍，吸引了众多学生、家长、校友、党员教师、视障伙伴、企业志愿者和社区居民的热情参与。大家齐聚一堂，以“运动 + 公益 + 融合”的方式，共同传递多元包容的理念，让融合教育的种子在校园扎根，向社会延伸。
The event brought together 30 relay teams, attracting engagement from students, parents, alumni, Party-member teachers, partners with visual impairments, corporate volunteers, and community residents. United by the theme of “sports + public welfare + inclusion,” participants gathered to promote the values of diversity and inclusion, planting the seeds of inclusive education on campus and extending its impact into the wider community.

在跑步区，所有参赛者两人一组，以“陪跑绳”协同完成跑步和接力，这根绳子不仅是奔跑的纽带，更是“看得见的信任”与“跑出来的理解”；而嘉年华区域里，现场设置20余个互动体验摊位，有蓝睛灵视障咖啡师体验、无障碍互动专区、学生公益社团展示、校园公益伙伴展示等。
In the running zone, participants competed in pairs, connected by a guided running rope, working together to complete the race and relay segments. More than just a physical connection, the rope symbolized visible trust and understanding built through shared movement. Meanwhile, the carnival area featured over 20 interactive booths, including experiences with Lanjingling baristas with visual impairments, accessible interaction zones, student public welfare club showcases, and exhibitions by campus public welfare partners.

现场成为学生“在真实社会议题中学习”的生动课堂，也让公益理念在互动中深入人心。一位志愿者说到：“孩子们不是在被告知什么是尊重，而是在行动中体验并实践。”万源协和学校将与蓝睛灵等公益伙伴持续深化合作，共同推进融合教育与青少年公益创新。
The event became a vivid, real-world classroom where students learned through engagement with authentic social issues, allowing public welfare values to take root through hands-on interaction. As one volunteer shared, “Children are not being told what respect is — they experience and practice it through action.” Looking ahead, Wanyuan Concordia will continue to deepen its collaboration with Lanjingling and other public welfare partners to jointly advance inclusive education and youth-driven public welfare innovation.

WEEKEND INCLUSIVE ACTIVITIES
做你的眼睛第444期至第447期周末融合活动于11月2日、9日、16日和30日在世纪公园、黄浦滨江和古美公园开展。
The 444th to 447th beYoureyeS Weekend Inclusive Activities were held on November 2, 9, 16, and 30 at Century Park, Huangpu Riverside, and Gumei Park.

11月23日，因于11月22日开展2025“绳上100”接力挑战赛暨“爱在万源”公益嘉年华，周末融合活动暂停一次。 从11月起，每周一次的周末融合活动的时间调整到下午14:00-16:00。
Due to the 2025 “Rope 100” Relay Challenge and the “Love in Wanyuan” Public Welfare Carnival held on November 22, the weekend inclusive activity scheduled for November 23 was suspended. Starting in November, the weekly weekend inclusive activities were rescheduled to 14:00–16:00.

在第444期至第446期周末融合活动的时候，有多位来自万源协和即将参与2025“绳上100”接力挑战赛的师生和家长参与了新人培训，还与同一队伍的视障蓝睛灵大使一起奔跑，提前磨合、体验无障碍运动。
During the 444th to 446th sessions, teachers, students, and parents from Wanyuan Concordia, who were preparing to participate in the 2025 “Rope 100” Relay Challenge, took part in newcomer training sessions. They also ran together with Lanjingling ambassadors with visual impairments as members of the same teams, allowing participants to bond and experience accessible sports firsthand.

11月30日开展的第447期周末融合活动中，“百日计划2.0”6期的14位学员也来到了活动现场，和大家一起进行热身，在参加完定向行走课程后，在志愿者的引导下，满怀好奇地体验了无障碍皮划艇。
At the 447th Weekend Inclusive Activity held on November 30, 14 participants from the 6th cohort of the “100-Day Engagement 2.0” joined the event. After warming up together and completing an orientation and mobility session, they enthusiastically explored accessible kayaking under the guidance of volunteers, approaching the experience with curiosity and excitement.

嘉里香港街马10KM的并肩同行
Running Side by Side at the Kerry Hong Kong Streetathon 10KM
2025年11月23日，嘉里香港街马2025的赛道上，阳光格外灿烂。蓝睛灵四位视障小伙伴——他们同时也是蓝睛灵与希尔顿酒店合作、共探视障者在酒店行业融合就业项目“百日计划”4-5期的学员——在香港失明人健体会（Blind Sports Hong Kong）和深圳国际会展中心希尔顿酒店陪跑员的陪伴下，以一根陪跑绳连接彼此，顺利完成了10公里的挑战赛。
On November 23rd, 2025, under brilliant sunshine along the course of the Kerry Hong Kong Streetathon 2025, four members of Lanjingling — all participants from the 4th and 5th cohorts of the “100-Day Engagement” a joint initiative with Hilton exploring inclusive employment opportunities for persons with visual impairments in the hospitality industry — successfully completed the 10 km race. Accompanied by guide runners from Blind Sports Hong Kong and the Hilton Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, the team ran side by side, connected by guide ropes, and crossed the finish line together.

这根陪跑绳，连接的不只是跑者的步伐，更承载着信任、理解与友谊的力量。其中，学员谢松廷已正式加入深圳国际会展中心希尔顿酒店，而他的陪跑员 Joline 也是来自他所在酒店的团队成员。这样的携手，不仅体现了同事之间的支持，更是希尔顿在践行企业社会责任和推动多元包容、无障碍文化方面的真实写照。
The guide rope connected more than just runners’ strides—it carried trust, understanding, and friendship. Among the participants, Xie Songting, a program trainee, has officially joined the Hilton Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, while his guide runner Joline is also a member of the same hotel team. Their partnership reflects not only mutual support among colleagues, but also Hilton’s genuine commitment to corporate social responsibility and to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace culture.

11月5日，蓝睛灵团队在上海某高科技企业办公室参加了该企业的Holiday Giving 的NGO roadshow的分享活动。
On November 5th, the Lanjingling team participated in a Holiday Giving NGO Roadshow hosted at a Shanghai-based high-tech company.

蓝睛灵的视障者向企业员工们分享了他们在蓝睛灵的改变和收获，以及蓝睛灵与该高科技企业共同倡导无障碍、让更多视障者能参与无障碍运动和实现融合就业梦想的故事。
During the event, members with visual impairments from Lanjingling shared their personal journeys, reflecting on the changes and growth they experienced through the organization. They also highlighted stories of collaboration between Lanjingling and the company in promoting accessibility, enabling more persons with visual impairments to participate in accessible sports and pursue their aspirations for inclusive employment.

11 月 18 日上午，前滩的初冬带着些许寒意，来自 Cadence 楷登的小伙伴们与蓝睛灵共同完成了一场富有温度的 CSR 公益体验活动。 这是双方第三次携手，让无障碍理念再次走进企业、走进人心。
On the morning of November 18th, as early winter brought a gentle chill to Qiantan, colleagues from Cadence joined Lanjingling for a heartfelt and immersive CSR public welfare experience. This marked the third collaboration between the two organizations, once again bringing the concept of accessibility into the corporate environment — and into people’s hearts.

让我们意外感动的是，活动结束后来自不同国家的同事们写下了一张张温暖的小卡片——有中文、英文、韩文等，还有可爱的海绵宝宝大眼睛插图，以及可触摸的干花贺卡。这些跨越语言的祝福和心意，让我们深受鼓舞。这是我们收到过最珍贵的礼物之一。这不仅是一场体验活动，更是一段彼此靠近的旅程。
What deeply moved us was what followed the event. Colleagues from different countries wrote warm, handwritten cards—in Chinese, English, Korean, and more. Some were decorated with cheerful SpongeBob-style illustrations, while others featured tactile dried flowers that could be felt by touch. These heartfelt messages, crossing languages and cultures, became one of the most precious gifts we have ever received. This was not merely an activity, but a journey of drawing closer to one another.

娇韵诗志愿者参与周末融合活动
Clarins Volunteers Participate in Weekend Inclusive Activities
来自娇韵诗的企业志愿者参加了于11月16日在蓝睛灵公益实践基地（指向轻艇会古美公园）开展的第446期周末融合活动，和视障伙伴们一起跑跑走走，体验无障碍水上运动的快乐。首次参与活动的娇韵诗志愿者参加了新人无障碍意识培训，了解引导方法和无障碍理念。
On November 16, corporate volunteers from Clarins participated in the 446th Weekend Inclusive Activity at the Lanjingling Public Welfare Practice Base (Zhixiang Canoe Club, Gumei Park). Together with persons with visual impairments, they ran and walked side by side and experienced the joy of accessible water sports. Volunteers from Clarins who were participating for the first time also took part in newcomer accessibility awareness training, where they learned guiding techniques and core principles of accessibility.

11月21日下午，蓝睛灵团队走进google上海办公楼，作为其 ADI Week 系列活动的公益合作组织之一，为员工及其家属带来了一场富有启发性的无障碍体验活动。On the afternoon of November 21st, the Lanjingling team visited the Google Shanghai office as one of the public welfare partners for ADI Week, delivering an inspiring accessibility experience for employees and their families.

在现场，蓝睛灵团队与企业志愿者协作，共同设置了多种非视觉感官体验。另一组 Google 员工则与蓝睛灵伙伴们动手合作，亲自编织用于运动无障碍的陪跑绳。
During the event, the Lanjingling team worked closely with corporate volunteers to create a range of non-visual sensory experiences. Another group of Googlers collaborated hands-on with Lanjingling partners to weave guided running ropes used in accessible sports.

11月23日上午，蓝睛灵与远景科技集团合作，在其办公空间及黄浦滨江联合举办了一场体验式无障碍意识工作坊。这也是远景公益俱乐部的首次亮相。
On the morning of November 23rd, Lanjingling collaborated with Envision Group to host an experiential accessibility awareness workshop, held across Envision’s office space and along the Huangpu Riverside. The event also marked the official debut of the Envision Public Welfare Club.

Bathed in the warm sunshine by the Huangpu River, volunteers not only learned guiding techniques for persons with visual impairments, but also took part in guided walking and guided running, experiencing accessibility in action. 蓝睛灵与万源艺启成长文创社开展学习盲文活动
Braille Learning Activity with the Wanyuan Yi Qi Growth Creative Club
11月6日下午，蓝睛灵团队来到万源协和校园，为万源艺启成长文创社的同学、带来了一场学习盲文的体验活动。
On the afternoon of November 6, the Lanjingling team visited the campus of Wanyuan Concordia Bilingual School to deliver a Braille learning experience for students from the Wanyuan Yi Qi Growth Creative Club.

蓝睛灵的无障碍引导师引导同学们了解和打盲文。在互动交流中，同学们不仅接触了视障群体，还体验到了盲文这种特殊文字为视力障碍者的无障碍学习带来的划时代的支持。Guided by Lanjingling’s accessibility instructors, students learned about Braille and practiced Braille typing. Through hands-on interaction and discussion, they not only gained exposure to the community of persons with visual impairments, but also experienced firsthand the transformative role Braille plays in enabling accessible learning.

文创社的同学们结合本次活动中学习到的盲文知识，在11月22日蓝睛灵与万源协和携手开展的绳上100公益嘉年华上发布有趣又有意义的作品。
Building on what they learned during the workshop, students from the Creative Club presented engaging and meaningful works at the Rope 100 Public Welfare Carnival, jointly hosted by Lanjingling and Wanyuan Concordia on November 22.

11月9日，蓝睛灵在包玉刚实验学校初中部的校园内，参与了创办人日的公益宣传活动。
On November 9, Lanjingling participated in the Founders’ Day public welfare promotion event at the middle school campus of YK Pao School.

蓝睛灵在公益组织的展示区域向师生家长们介绍了蓝睛灵开展的无障碍运动、融合就业、校园融合活动等项目，引导学生和家长体验互动游戏。
At the NGO exhibition area, Lanjingling introduced teachers, students, and parents to its programs, including accessible sports, inclusive employment, and school-based inclusive initiatives, while inviting families to take part in interactive experiences.

11月11日下午，蓝睛灵团队来到上海民办包玉刚实验学校虹桥校区，为30多位学生带来了一场无障碍意识分享会，引导学生们了解视障群体。
On the afternoon of November 11th, the Lanjingling team visited the Hongqiao Campus of YK Pao School, delivering an accessibility awareness sharing session to more than 30 students, helping them better understand the community of persons with visual impairments.

11月20日和25日下午，上海民办包玉刚实验学校8年级和7年级的学生分两次活动，走进蓝睛灵公益实践基地（指向轻艇会•古美公园），参与了不同以往的无障碍服务学习课程。这也是继上周蓝睛灵在包校开展无障碍分享会后的深化实践。在两次课程中，蓝睛灵的无障碍引导师以真实的经历与专业知识，带领学生们走近视障群体。学生们通过倾听故事、学习引导技巧，以及在户外体验陪走与陪跑，进一步理解视障者的生活状态与无障碍需求。
On the afternoons of November 20 and 25, Grade 8 and Grade 7 students from YK Pao School visited the Lanjingling Public Welfare Practice Base (Zhixiang Canoe Club · Gumei Park) in two separate sessions, participating in inclusive service-learning courses that offered a new and distinctive learning experience. These activities served as a hands-on extension of the accessibility sharing sessions previously held on campus. Across both sessions, Lanjingling’s accessibility instructors guided students toward a deeper understanding of the visually impaired community through real-life stories and professional insight. By listening to personal experiences, learning guiding techniques, and taking part in guided walking and running outdoors, students gained a clearer understanding of the daily lives and accessibility needs of persons with visual impairments.

Lanjingling Hosts Accessibility Sharing Session at Wellington College International Shanghai
11月10日下午，蓝睛灵团队来到了上海浦东新区民办惠立学校为多个年级的学生带来了一场分享会。
On the afternoon of November 10, the Lanjingling team visited Wellington College International Shanghai (Pudong) to deliver an accessibility sharing session for students across multiple grade levels.
蓝睛灵的无障碍引导师向同学们介绍了蓝睛灵开展的活动，引导学生们思考后续可以以哪些形式参与活动，共创多元、融合的环境。本次活动是上一次蓝睛灵在惠立开展无障碍分享的延续，在场的同学也将组队与蓝睛灵一起开启融合新创意的探索。
During the session, Lanjingling’s accessibility instructors introduced the organization’s key initiatives and guided students to reflect on how they might participate in future activities, working together to co-create a diverse and inclusive environment. This event built upon Lanjingling’s previous accessibility sharing at the school, and participating students will go on to form teams to explore new ideas for inclusive innovation alongside Lanjingling.

蓝睛灵为五悦瑜伽普拉提馆开展无障碍意识培训
Accessibility Awareness Training at Wuyue Yoga & Pilates Studio
11月13日下午，蓝睛灵团队来到五悦瑜伽普拉提馆为多位瑜伽教练及工作人员带来了一场无障碍意识培训。创始人 Cici老师、亦是lululemon大使，将在“百日计划2.0”6期的无障碍体验课上作为主讲瑜伽教练，与同事们一起为学员们带来无障碍的引导和流畅的无障碍瑜伽体验。
On the afternoon of November 13, the Lanjingling team visited Wuyue Yoga & Pilates Studio to deliver an accessibility awareness training for yoga coaches and studio staff. The studio's founder, Cici, a lululemon ambassador, will serve as the lead yoga instructor for the 6th cohort of the “100-Day Engagement 2.0.” Together with her colleagues, she will provide accessible guidance and deliver a smooth, inclusive yoga experience for program participants.

11月30日上午，“做你的眼睛•视障者职场赋能百日计划2.0”第6期在上海虹桥希尔顿逸林酒店正式开营。14位视障青年从不同城市汇聚一堂，共同开启探索融合就业的新旅程。希尔顿集团大中华区及蒙古薪酬福利总监 Joy ZENG、蓝睛灵联合创始人李纪元与陆向东出席并在启动仪式上致辞。
On the morning of November 30, beYoureyeS · Workplace Empowerment Program 6 (2025) "100-Day Engagement 2.0" Career Development for Persons with Visual Impairments officially launched at the DoubleTree by Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao. Fourteen young people with visual impairments from different cities gathered to begin a new journey toward inclusive employment. The launch ceremony was attended by Joy Zeng, Director of Compensation and Benefits for Hilton Group Greater China and Mongolia, as well as Li Jiyuan and Lu Xiangdong, Co-Founders of Lanjingling, who delivered opening remarks.
蓝睛灵将继续携手希尔顿集团推进本期“百日计划”，聚焦挖掘视障者在酒店行业及服务行业的职业潜能，为视障青年提供系统的学习路径、多元的实践机会和更广阔的职场想象空间，助力他们朝向真实而自由的职业梦想迈进。
Lanjingling will continue to work closely with Hilton Group to advance this phase of the 100-Day Engagement Program, focusing on exploring the career potential of persons with visual impairment in the hospitality and service industries. The program aims to provide structured learning pathways, diverse practical opportunities, and broader career possibilities, supporting participants as they move toward real and self-directed professional aspirations.

活动涵盖无障碍运动、企业活动校园融合活动、公益赛事等多元形式，吸引视障伙伴、企业志愿者、学生群体及“百日计划2.0”6期学员共同参与，在自然舒适的场景中传递多元、融合、平等的无障碍理念。
These activities covered a wide range of formats, including accessible sports, corporate engagement, school-based inclusive programs, and public welfare events. They brought together partners with visual impairments, corporate volunteers, student groups, and participants from the 6th cohort of the “100-Day Engagement Program 2.0”, conveying the values of diversity, inclusion, equality, and accessibility in natural and welcoming settings.
