In December 2025, the offline Growth Camp for the 6 th session of the beYoureyeS Workplace Empowerment Program "100-Day Engagement 2.0" concluded in Shanghai with success, while online courses continue being held. This month, a total of 4 weekend inclusive activities, 2 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, 3 school-based activities, and 1 special event were conducted. For the 6 th cohort of the "100-Day Engagement 2.0" Program, 4 online thematic classes and subsequent one-on-one coaching sessions were carried out.

The 6 th Session of "100-Day Engagement 2.0" – Empowering Through Professionalism, Fulfilling the 100-Day Commitment
11月30日至12月6日,做你的眼睛·视障者职场赋能“百日计划2.0(6期)”线下成长营在上海圆满举办。
From November 30th to December 6th, the offline Growth Camp for the beYoureyeS Workplace Empowerment Program "100-Day Engagement 2.0" (6th Session) successfully concluded in Shanghai.
14位来自不同城市的视障青年,在这七天里彼此陪伴、学习与探索,慢慢从陌生走向熟悉,从好奇走向坚定。这一周里,他们走进多家合作企业:科技企业里充满细节的无障碍理念、酒店服务场景中温柔而专业的支持、瑜伽运动带来的身体觉察,以及相互分享中产生的生动故事。
During these seven days, 14 visually impaired young people from various cities accompanied one another, learning and exploring together, gradually transitioning from curious to determined and from strangers to friends. Over the course of the week, participants visited various partner companies, where they immersed themselves in the accessibility ideas in every corner of the tech firms and the warm, professional care of the hospitality sector. They also explored physical mindfulness through yoga and formed deep connections by sharing vivid stories of their own.

课程之外,是更多难忘的瞬间:有人在沟通课上第一次勇敢站起来表达;有人在团队练习里发现自己其实充满力量;有人在工作坊中分享出从未说出口的职业期待;也有人在夜谈时流下眼泪,因为深深的感觉到“理解和共鸣”。
Beyond the curriculum, there were many more unforgettable moments: some bravely stood up to express themselves for the first time during a communication class; some discovered their inner strength during a team exercise; some shared long-held career aspirations in a workshop; and some shed tears during a late-night talk, feeling deeply “understood and connected.”

成长营的最后一天,大家写下了未来100天的目标——那些关于学习、关于勇气、关于独立、关于梦想的小小愿望,被一起呈现出来,看起来柔软,却闪着光。
On the final day of the Growth Camp, participants wrote down their goals for the next 100 days. These modest wishes – about learning, about courage, about independence, about dreams – were gathered together, gentle in spirit yet radiant with hope.
线下成长营落幕,同时线上执行期的百日陪伴开启。从12月8日开始的100天里,学员们每周都将参与一节线上主题课,学习职场知识,并在一对一辅导期间接受来自多家全球知名企业的专业导师的针对性辅导,深度拓展职场能力。愿每一位同行者,都能在未来的日子里一点点靠近那个更自信、更自由的自己。
As the offline Growth Camp came to an end, the 100-day companionship of the online execution phase began. Over the 100 days starting from December 8th, participants will attend an online thematic class every week to learn workplace knowledge and receive personalized guidance from professional mentors from several globally renowned companies during one-on-one coaching sessions, profoundly expanding their professional skills. May every fellow find themselves closer, step by step, to a more confident and freer version of themselves in the days ahead.

做你的眼睛第448期至第451期周末融合活动于12月7日、14日、21日和28日在世纪公园、黄浦滨江和古美公园开展。
The 448th to 451st beYoureyeS weekend inclusive activities were held on December 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th at Century Park, Huangpu Riverside, and Gumei Park.
在世纪公园开展的第448期活动时,恰逢公园音乐节,新老伙伴在金色阳光下运动、欣赏歌声。
The 448th activity, held at Century Park, coincided with the park's music festival. New and old participants exercised and enjoyed the melodies under the golden sunlight.

第450期活动中,视障者小俞以她的努力练习和表达天赋顺利地通过考核成为正式无障碍引导师。
During the 450th activity, Xiao Yu, a member with visual impairments, successfully passed the assessment to become an official accessibility facilitator through her hard work and talent for expression.

Lanjingling Collaborates with Henkel (China) to Conduct an Accessibility Awareness Workshop
12月12日下午,蓝睛灵团队为汉高(中国)粘合剂生产运营的小伙伴们带来了一场沉浸式无障碍意识工作坊。活动通过知识分享与体验实践相结合的方式,引导参与者走近视障群体,理解无障碍的真实意义。
On the afternoon of December 12th, the Lanjingling team brought an immersive accessibility awareness workshop to the colleagues from Henkel (China) Adhesives operations team. Through a combination of knowledge sharing and practical experience, the activity guided participants to engage with the community with visual impairments and understand the true meaning of accessibility.

12月17日下午,在Cadence楷登的办公楼内,Cadence楷登的小伙伴们与蓝睛灵共同开展了一场丰富多元的融合无障碍意识工作坊。这是双方第4次携手,将无障碍理念推广给更多的企业员工。
On the afternoon of December 17th, inside the Cadence office building, Cadence colleagues and Lanjingling jointly conducted a rich and diverse inclusive accessibility awareness workshop. This marked the fourth collaboration between the two parties to promote accessibility concepts to more corporate employees.

活动中,蓝睛灵无障碍引导师通过视频多媒体展示、互动分享、沉浸式无障碍体验及游戏挑战,让参与者亲身体会视障者在日常出行中面临的各种挑战和真实需求。丰富的活动形式消除了健视者与视障者因不了解而产生的陌生感,加深了对不同人群的理解,也践行了Cadence楷登提倡的多元、包容、公平的理念。
During the activity, Lanjingling accessibility guides used multimedia presentations, interactive sharing, immersive accessibility experiences, and game challenges to allow participants to personally experience the various challenges faced by individuals with visual impairments in their daily travels. The diverse range of activities eliminated the sense of unfamiliarity between sighted and visually impaired individuals caused by lack of understanding, deepened the understanding of different groups, and practiced the concepts of diversity, inclusion, and equity (DEI) advocated by Cadence.

Lanjingling Conducts Accessibility Awareness Practices for Teachers and Preschoolers at Sentosa Kindergarten
12月15日下午,蓝睛灵团队走进圣陶沙幼儿园,为师生及家长带来了三场以多元与无障碍为主题的体验活动。活动中,蓝睛灵的无障碍引导师通过互动分享和情景模拟,引导老师和家长们深入了解视障群体,并学习引导视障人士的基本方法。同时,为孩子们设计了趣味盎然的关闭视觉的感知游戏,让他们在欢乐中认识到每个人的独特性,学会尊重不同需求。
On the afternoon of December 15th, the Lanjingling team visited Fortune Kindergarten (Sentosa Campus) to bring three theme-based experience events on diversity and accessibility to teachers, students, and parents. During the activities, Lanjingling accessibility mentors used interactive sharing and scenario simulations to guide parents and teachers in gaining a deeper understanding of persons with visual impairment, as well as how to guide them. At the same time, fun sensory games without vision were carried out for the students, allowing them to recognize everyone's uniqueness through joy and to learn to respect different needs.

Lanjingling Participates in the Wanyuan SUIS Career Day for the Third Consecutive Year, Continuing to Support Innovative Vocational Education Practices on Campus
12月17日,蓝睛灵参与了上海万源城协和双语学校第四届职业日活动。这是蓝睛灵连续第三年走进校园,作为长期合作伙伴,持续参与学校以真实职场体验为核心的创新职业教育实践。
On December 17 th , Lanjingling participated in the 4 th Career Day at Shanghai United International School (SUIS), Wanyuan Campus. This marked the third consecutive year Lanjingling has entered the campus as a long-term partner, continuing its involvement in the school’s innovative vocational education practices centered on real workplace experiences.

在以“去模拟化”为特色的职业日中,学生通过真实面试与行业一线从业者交流,逐步建立对真实职场的立体认知。蓝睛灵理事长陆向东与小俞结合机构实践,向同学们分享了融合就业与无障碍理念,并介绍了公益组织中的真实岗位与成长路径。其中,12年级宋彭骋(万源精灵社社长)及另外3位同学顺利通过蓝睛灵面试,后续将参与相关岗位实习,在真实实践中进一步探索将专业能力与社会责任相结合的可能。
During the “de-simulation” themed Career Day, students interacted with front-line professionals through real interviews, gradually building a multi-dimensional understanding of the real workplace. Ken LU, Chairman of Lanjingling, and Xiao Yu shared concepts of inclusive employment and accessibility based on the organization's practices and introduced real positions and growth paths within public welfare organizations. Among them, 12th-grader Pengcheng SONG (President of the Wanyuan Jingling Club) and three other students successfully passed Lanjingling's interviews. They will subsequently participate in relevant internships, further exploring the possibility of combining professional skills with social responsibility through real practice.

Lanjingling Collaborates with Hiba Academy Shanghai to Create an Accessibility Sustainability Challenge Together
12月25日上午,蓝睛灵走进浦东新区民办惠立学校,为七、九年级学生开展了一场以学生主导的无障碍体验活动。作为长期合作伙伴,双方在过往多次融合实践的基础上持续探索创新模式。本次活动将策划与执行权交由学生完成,蓝睛灵团队提供专业指导与现场支持。通过非视觉体验等互动环节,同学们在亲身参与中理解无障碍理念,思考现实中的社会问题。
On the morning of December 25th, Lanjingling visited Hiba Academy Shanghai to conduct a student-led accessibility experience activity for 7th and 9th graders. As long-term partners, both parties have continued to explore innovative models based on previous inclusive practices. For this activity, the planning and execution were entrusted to the students, with the Lanjingling team providing professional guidance and on-site support. Through interactive sessions such as non-visual experiences, students understood accessibility concepts and reflected on real-world social issues through personal participation.

12月16日某高科技企业的Michael老师拆解AI办公落地技术;
12月22日,希尔顿上海区域人力资源总监Celine老师与“百日计划2.0”5期学员目前就职于上海康莱德酒店的柯蕾共话职场安全;
12月29日,拥有十多年招聘经验的Lynn老师向学员们详解面试技巧并答疑解惑。
每一节线上主题课后,来自多家全球知名企业的志愿者导师为学员们提供一对一辅导的支持,助力学员们内化课程中学习到的知识,有效提升职场能力。
On December 8th, Mentor Angela from Clarins presented practical tips on resume writing;
On December 16th, Mentor Michael from a high-tech enterprise explained AI solutions that can be integrated into workplace;
On December 22nd, Celine, Regional HR Director for Hilton Shanghai, and Ke Lei, a participant of the 5th session of the "100-Day Engagement 2.0" currently employed at Conrad Shanghai, discussed workplace safety;
On December 29th, Mentor Lynn, who has over ten years of recruitment experience, provided detailed explanations of interview techniques and answered questions for the trainees.
After each online thematic class, volunteer mentors from several globally renowned companies provided one-on-one coaching support to help trainees internalize the knowledge learned in class and effectively enhance their professional skills.
此外,由“百日计划2.0”6期学员大白发起并主讲的拓展课“彼得熊英语小课堂”同步启动,每周六晚助力学员提升英语能力,为职场发展加分。
Additionally, the "Peter Bear English Mini-Class" an extension course initiated and taught by Dabai, a trainee of the 6th session of the "100-Day Engagement 2.0", was launched simultaneously. It helps trainees improve their English skills every Saturday night, adding to their career development.

蓝睛灵受邀观看声音剧场Lanjingling Invited to Attend Sound Theater蓝睛灵伙伴于12月27,28日体验声音剧场《阳台上的乌鸦》。这个剧以声音为主要媒介,讲述了一位视障女孩和健视女孩的故事。“百日计划2.0” 第6期学员Amy饰演了剧中的视障女孩。
On December 27th and 28th, Lanjingling members experienced the sound theater production The Crow on the Balcony. This play uses sound as its primary medium and tells the story of a girl with visual impairments and a sighted girl. Amy, a trainee of the 6th session of the "100-Day Engagement 2.0", played the role of the girl with visual impairments in the play.

12月23日,蓝睛灵公众号发布《2025年度捐赠票据开具指引》,为资助人提供公益慈善捐赠税前扣除凭证,让每一份爱心都有迹可循。
On December 23rd, the Lanjingling WeChat official account published the “2025 Annual Guide of Issuing Donation Receipts” to provide donors with pre-tax deduction certificates for public welfare and charitable donations, ensuring that every act of kindness is traceable.
12月24日,蓝睛灵的多元故事在不同场景温暖上演:“百日计划2.0”6期学员小俞分享了“一日职场沉浸式体验”,探索和思考了社会对“能力”与“参与资格”的认知边界。无论是公益合作还是职场拼搏,双向的奔赴才会孕育持久的价值。
On December 24th, diverse stories of Lanjingling were warmly presented in various scenarios: Xiao Yu, a trainee of the 6th session of the "100-Day Engagement 2.0", shared her "One-Day Immersive Workplace Experience" exploring and reflecting on society's cognitive boundaries regarding "ability" and "eligibility for participation". Whether in public welfare cooperation or professional striving, mutual effort is what nurtures lasting value.
