In November 2024, the "100-Day Engagement" 2.0 (Phase 5) program kicked off in Shanghai. This month, Lanjingling organized five weekend inclusive activities, nine Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events, launched the first-day course of the "100-Day Engagement" 2.0 (Phase 5) offline growth camp, and hosted a special event.

2024年11月30日，“做你的眼睛 • 视障者职场赋能‘百日计划2.0’” 第五期项目正式启动，蓝睛灵与希尔顿集团深入合作开展本期“百日计划”，旨在深度挖掘视障人士在酒店行业的职业发展潜能，为有障群体创造更多宝贵的学习和发展机会，助力他们实现职业梦想。希尔顿大中华区及蒙古总裁前进先生、希尔顿大中华区及蒙古人力资源副总裁王晓蓉女士、蓝睛灵联合创始人李纪元和陆向东在启动仪式上发言。学员们将在上海度过线下成长营的7天时光，他们将实地探访希尔顿集团及旗下多家酒店、和其他支持企业。
On November 30, 2024, the fifth phase of the "beYoureyeS • 100-Day Engagement 2.0" workplace empowerment program for individuals with visual impairments was officially launched in Shanghai. Lanjingling collaborated extensively with Hilton Group to explore and develop career opportunities for individuals with visual impairments in the hotel industry, providing valuable learning and development opportunities to support their professional growth and aspirations.
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Qian Jin, President of Hilton Greater China and Mongolia, Ms. Wang Xiaorong, Vice President of Human Resources for Hilton Greater China and Mongolia, and Lanjingling co-founders Li Jiyuan and Lu Xiangdong delivered speeches. Participants will spend seven days in Shanghai attending the offline growth camp, where they will visit Hilton Group, its affiliated hotels, and other supporting enterprises.

做你的眼睛第398期至第402期周末融合活动于11月3日、10日、17日、24日和30日在古美公园、黄浦滨江和世纪公园开展。
11月17日上午，在蓝睛灵运动无障碍开始的地方——世纪公园，开展了做你的眼睛第400期周末融合活动。
视障者晓斌、陪跑员北纬队长和联合创始人之一纪元分别分享了自己参加活动以来最想说的话。伴随着蓝睛灵的活动越来越丰富，每个人都有各自的收获和对今后的展望，视障群体的运动和容和就业都有了实质性的成果，无障碍的理念也为更多人所接受。
11月30日，第402期周末融合活动现场，“百日计划2.0”5期的14位学员也来到了活动现场，与大家一起开场和热身，随后参与来自上海盲校的张健老师带来的定向行走课程。
The 398th to 402nd beYoureyeS weekend inclusive activities were held on November 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, and 30th at Gumei Park, Huangpu Riverside, and Century Park.
On the morning of November 17th, Lanjingling held its 400th weekend inclusive activity at Century Park, the birthplace of Lanjingling’s accessible sports initiatives.
Xiaobin, a visually impaired participant, along with Beiwei, the captain of the guide runners, and Jiyuan, co-founder of beYoureyeS, shared their thoughts and reflections since joining the program. As Lanjingling’s activities continue to expand, participants have gained valuable experiences and developed aspirations for the future. Significant progress has been made in sports, inclusive employment, and accessibility awareness, with the concept of accessibility being embraced by a growing number of people.
On November 30, during the 402nd weekend inclusive activity, 14 participants from "100-Day Engagement 2.0" (Phase 5) joined the event, took part in the warm-up session, and later participated in an orientation walking course led by Teacher Zhang Jian from the Shanghai School for the Blind.

11月3日，来自某企业的20多位志愿者来到了蓝睛灵公益实践基地（指向轻艇会古美公园，参加了第398期周末融合活动。企业的志愿者与视障伙伴们组成多个小组，在公园里走走跑跑，一起感受运动带来的快乐。
On November 3rd, more than 20 volunteers from a company visited the Lanjingling Public Welfare Practice Base (Direction Kayak Association, Gumei Park) to participate in the 398th weekend inclusive activity. The volunteers and visually impaired participants formed small groups, walked and ran together in the park, and experienced the joy of sports.
2、蓝睛灵与某高科技企业开展企业CSR活动

11月22日下午，在黄浦金融南外滩，蓝睛灵与某高科技企业开展了一场体验式无障碍意识工作坊。企业志愿者们在蓝睛灵无障碍引导师的带领下了解了如何专业地引导视障者，如何与视障者沟通，随后进行陪跑体验。多种适合团队开展的环节增进了团队伙伴的交流与合作，参与者们也了解到视障者的真实需求，以后可以为视障同事提供更合适的协助。
On the afternoon of November 22nd, Lanjingling partnered with a high-tech company to conduct an experiential accessibility awareness workshop at South Bund, Huangpu. Under the guidance of Lanjingling’s accessibility trainers, volunteers learned how to professionally guide and communicate with individuals with visual impairments before participating in a guide running experience. Various interactive activities fostered team communication and collaboration, while participants gained a deeper understanding of the real needs of individuals with visual impairments. This knowledge will enable them to provide more effective support to their visually impaired colleagues in the future.
3、蓝睛灵与福特汽车开展陪跑绳编织活动

11月25日下午，蓝睛灵与福特汽车再度合作，在福特汽车办公室开展了一场富有意义的陪跑绳编织活动。活动中，福特汽车的志愿者与蓝睛灵的视障伙伴共同参与，在讲解和示范的指导下，每位参与者都亲手编织了一根独特的陪跑绳。活动中，这些承载着多元、包容理念的陪跑绳也将为更多的视障伙伴带去力量！除此之外，参与者还尝试了打盲文，通过这一实践切身体会了信息无障碍如何帮助视障群体更方便地获取并使用信息，进一步增进了对无障碍理念的理解。感谢福特汽车和恩派基金会对活动的大力支持。公益的路上，因有你们同行，变得更加温暖而有力量！
On the afternoon of November 25th, Ford Motor Company and Lanjingling once again collaborated to organize a meaningful guide rope weaving activity at Ford’s Shanghai office. Volunteers from Ford Motor Company and visually impaired members of Lanjingling participated together, weaving unique guide ropes under expert demonstration. These ropes, symbolizing diversity and inclusion, will bring strength and support to more individuals with visual impairments.
In addition, participants had the opportunity to write in Braille, gaining firsthand experience of how information accessibility enables individuals with visual impairments to obtain and use information more easily. This hands-on practice further deepened their understanding of accessibility principles.

4、蓝睛灵为希尔顿集团带来无障碍意识培训，共同助力“百日计划2.0”顺利开展

11月26日下午，蓝睛灵团队来到希尔顿集团旗下的上海新虹桥国家会展中心灿辉希尔顿花园酒店，为酒店多个部门的团队成员带来无障碍意识工作坊，这也是百日计划学员们即将入住的酒店。酒店的团队成员们了解到如何引导与沟通，以及视障客人在酒店中多个场景内需要的支持。
11月29日下午，蓝睛灵来到希尔顿集团大中华区及蒙古总部上海办公室，与希尔顿集团的团队志愿者分享了视障礼仪和引导要领，志愿者们为蓝睛灵学员的参观提供了现场支持。感谢希尔顿集团支持本期“百日计划”助力学员们顺利地参与学习。
On the afternoon of November 26, the Lanjingling team visited the Canhui Hilton Garden Inn at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) to conduct an accessibility awareness workshop for team members from multiple hotel departments. This hotel will also serve as the accommodation for participants of the "100-Day Engagement 2.0" program.
During the workshop, hotel team members learned how to guide and communicate with individuals with visual impairments and how to provide appropriate support in various hotel settings.
On the afternoon of November 29, Lanjingling visited the Hilton Greater China and Mongolia headquarters in Shanghai, where they shared proper etiquette and guiding techniques for interacting with individuals with visual impairments with Hilton Group volunteers. The volunteers provided on-site support for Lanjingling participants during their visit.
A heartfelt thanks to Hilton Group for supporting the "100-Day Engagement" program and helping participants engage in learning smoothly.
5、蓝睛灵为Capri员工带来无障碍主题分享

11月27日下午，蓝睛灵在兴业太古汇为Capri员工带来了一场以无障碍为主题的分享会。活动中，蓝睛灵团队通过多种形式向参与者分享视障者真实的工作与生活场景，帮助大家更全面地了解视障群体的潜力与多元贡献，引导探索如何共同推动构建一个多元、包容的职场环境。在互动环节，Capri的员工们积极参与，提出了关于视障群体在日常生活中面临的主要障碍以及娱乐方式等问题。在轻松愉快的氛围中，大家进一步了解了视障者的世界，增进了彼此的理解与共鸣。愿视障者的能力被更多人看到，也愿有更多企业能够为视障者提供机会，携手开启职业发展的新篇章。
On the afternoon of November 27, Lanjingling hosted an accessibility awareness session for Capri employees at HKRI TaiKoo Hui. Through various engaging methods, the Lanjingling team shared real-life work and daily experiences of individuals with visual impairments, helping participants gain a comprehensive understanding of their potential and diverse contributions. The session also encouraged participants to explore ways to promote a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
During the interactive segment, Capri employees actively participated, raising questions about the challenges individuals with visual impairments face in daily life and their leisure and entertainment activities. In a relaxed and engaging atmosphere, attendees gained deeper insight into the world of visual impairment, fostering mutual understanding and empathy.
We hope that the capabilities of individuals with visual impairments will be recognized by more people and that more companies will create opportunities for them, working together to open a new chapter in inclusive career development.

11月27日下午，蓝睛灵与某高科技企业开展了编织陪跑绳活动。活动中，蓝睛灵的伙伴与有过编织经验的企业志愿者一起带领大家顺利地完成了编织陪跑绳。大家动手又动脑，传递着无障碍理念。
On the afternoon of November 27th, Lanjingling partnered with a high-tech company to host a guide rope weaving activity. Lanjingling team members, along with experienced corporate volunteers, guided participants in successfully weaving guide ropes. Through hands-on collaboration and creative thinking, participants actively engaged in promoting the concept of accessibility.

11月28日，蓝睛灵团队来到耐克园区，在(dei)DAY活动中，为参与者们带来一系列精心策划的无障碍体验活动。
尽管当天园区内寒风凛冽，但参与者的热情并未受到影响。上午，蓝睛灵团队推出的“无障碍喷泉广场”互动打卡活动吸引了近150位耐克员工的积极参与，现场气氛热烈，欢声笑语此起彼伏。午后，蓝睛灵的无障碍引导师为员工们提供了视障礼仪与陪跑技巧的专业培训，并组织了实际体验环节，使得参与者们在轻松的氛围里掌握了实用的引导和陪跑技能。
通过这些丰富多样的体验和互动游戏，参与者不仅增进了对视障群体学习和生活的理解，也深刻感受到了无障碍理念为社会带来的无限可能，在多元与包容的环境下，无论身心状态如何，每个人都能在其中自由地生活和发展。

On November 28, the Lanjingling team visited Nike Campus, bringing a series of thoughtfully designed accessibility experiences for participants at (DEI) DAY.
Despite the chilling wind on the Nike campus that day, the enthusiasm of the participants remained undiminished.
In the morning, nearly 150 Nike employees enthusiastically participated in the interactive "Accessibility Fountain Square" check-in activity hosted by Lanjingling, creating a lively atmosphere filled with laughter.
In the afternoon, Lanjingling's accessibility guides provided professional training on etiquette and guide running techniques for interacting with individuals with visual impairments. Participants also took part in practical experience sessions, allowing them to grasp essential guiding and running skills in a relaxed and engaging setting.

Through these diverse experiences and interactive games, participants not only gained a deeper understanding of the learning and daily lives of the visually impaired community, but also experienced firsthand the limitless possibilities that accessibility brings to society.
In an inclusive and diverse environment, everyone - regardless of physical or mental condition - can live, grow, and thrive freely.
8、蓝睛灵参与LVMH集团《超越界限：拥抱多元能力与可能性》分享

11月28日下午，蓝睛灵联合创始人向东和纪元来到LVMH集团，参与主题为《超越界限：拥抱多元能力与可能性》的内部分享。向东从“做你的眼睛”活动的跑步缘起，到逐渐开启就业和教育领域的探索。蓝睛灵从视障者仅作为活动参与者，到视障者作为主要工作人员的DPO组织。而23年在集团旗下泰格豪雅品牌的支持下，蓝睛灵落地古美公益实践基地，大家在这里相聚运动与交流，探索更多融合活动的可能性。愿我们一起，通过一步一步的努力，共同推动社会对多元能力的接纳和尊重。
On the afternoon of November 28th, Lanjingling co-founders Xiangdong and Jiyuan visited LVMH Group to participate in an internal sharing session themed "Beyond Boundaries: Embracing Diverse Abilities and Possibilities."
During the session, Xiangdong shared the origins of the "beYoureyeS" running initiative and its gradual expansion into the fields of employment and education. Over time, Lanjingling evolved from an organization where individuals with visual impairments were merely participants to becoming a Disabled Persons' Organization (DPO) where they serve as key staff members.
In 2023, with the support of TAG Heuer, a brand under LVMH Group, Lanjingling established the Gumei Public Welfare Practice Base—a space where people gather to exercise, communicate, and explore new possibilities for inclusive activities.
Together, through step-by-step efforts, we aim to foster greater acceptance and respect for diverse abilities in society.

Collecting Photos of Traffic Lights to Support Independent Travel for Persons With Visual Impairments

近期，某科技公司的志愿者利用业余时间开发可以识别红绿灯信号的APP，蓝睛灵在11月12日向大家发起了收集各类红绿灯照片的活动。在蓝睛灵伙伴们的持续上传照片的支持下，在志愿者根据视障者的需求和反馈不断优化APP的过程中，该APP正在逐日完善，助力视障群体更好的出行。
注：本APP还在测试阶段，目前通过官方渠道无法下载，如果您希望加入测试组，请在后台留下您的联系方式。
Recently, volunteers from a technology company dedicated their spare time to developing an application capable of recognizing traffic light signals. On November 12th, Lanjingling launched an initiative to collect photos of various traffic lights.
With the ongoing support of Lanjingling partners uploading photos and volunteers continuously optimizing the app based on the needs and feedback of individuals with visual impairments, the application is steadily improving, helping the visually impaired community navigate their surroundings more independently.

本月，在蓝睛灵公益实践基地（指向轻艇会古美公园）共开展4场活动。

This month, four activities were held at the Lanjingling Public Welfare Practice Base (Direction Kayak Association, Gumei Park).

November 30: the 402nd weekend inclusive activity and an orientation walking course for "100-Day Engagement" 2.0 (Phase 5).

泽华在群中为视障伙伴的口述影像：你能想象一下，金黄色的阳光照在波光粼粼的水面上，在其中划船的人身上头发上和心里都映衬在这些温暖又明亮的光晕中，泛着平和与宁静的气息，而船又在动，人又在动，水面上的光影变幻和闪动，划船的人和看景的人都沉浸在阳光给予的温柔里，就是这么美。有两张图片，因为水面的背影中，刚好背景有一桩大楼的倒影把反射的阳光加强了，大楼边界之外的水面反映的是蓝天，所以水面的颜色出现颜色非常靓丽又分明的色块区别，在色块边界处刚好有我们小伙伴的船慢慢路过，所以抓拍的光影时机就特别好。
Ze Hua provided an audio description for visually impaired friends in the group: Imagine golden sunlight shining on the rippling water. The people rowing boats, their hair, and even their hearts are all bathed in this warm and bright halo, exuding an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The boats are moving, the people are moving, and the light and shadow on the water are constantly changing and twinkling. Both the rowers and the onlookers are immersed in the tenderness bestowed by the sunlight—it's just that beautiful.
There are two photos. Because of the backdrop of a building's reflection on the water, the reflected sunlight is intensified. Beyond the boundary of the building, the water reflects the blue sky. As a result, the water's surface displays very vibrant and distinct color patches. At the boundary of these color patches, our friends' boat happens to be passing by slowly, making the captured moment of light and shadow particularly well-timed.
