In December 2024, the offline growth camp courses for Session 5 of the beYoureyeS · Empowering People with Visual Impairments in the Workplace “100-Day Engagement 2.0” successfully concluded, and the online implementation phase began.
This month, Lanjingling organized 4 weekend inclusive activities, 1 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) event, 2 school-based inclusive activities, 3 special events, 6 days of offline growth camp courses for the “100-Day Engagement 2.0” program, 3 professional mentoring sessions, and 3 one-on-one coaching sessions.

做你的眼睛·视障者职场赋能“百日计划2.0”（5期）线下成长营，于11月30日开营，12月6日在上海圆满结营。
The beYoureyeS · Empowering People with Visual Impairments in the Workplace “100-Day Engagement 2.0” (Session 5) offline growth camp officially began on November 30th and concluded successfully in Shanghai on December 6th.

蓝睛灵与希尔顿集团深入合作开展本期“百日计划”，旨在深度挖掘视障人士在酒店行业的职业发展潜能，为有障群体创造更多宝贵的学习和发展机会，助力实现他们的职业梦想。
This session was delivered in close collaboration between Lanjingling and Hilton Group, aiming to deeply explore the career development potential of people with visual impairments in the hospitality industry. The program sought to create meaningful opportunities for learning and personal growth, empowering individuals with disabilities to pursue their professional aspirations.

本期“百日计划”入选14位正式学员，在沪期间，学员们实地探访希尔顿集团及旗下多家酒店、探访高科技公司，参与无障碍瑜伽体验，皮划艇体验，学习专业的定向行走课程，学习职场能力建设课程等。学员们在学习和探访中不断思考，发现自身蕴藏的能量。在成长营结营仪式上，视障青年们郑重宣读了自己的百日目标。在未来三个月的线上执行期中，他们将在专业导师的指导下，通过专业主题课和一对一辅导，凭借自己的努力和勤奋，实现学习和成长。蓝睛灵将与学员们并肩作战，共同陪伴和支持他们完成百日目标。
A total of 14 participants were officially selected for this session. During their time in Shanghai, they visited Hilton Group and several of its hotels, toured leading tech companies, participated in accessible yoga and kayaking experiences, received professional orientation and mobility training, and attended workplace skills development courses. Through this immersive experience, participants continually reflected and uncovered their own potential.
At the camp’s closing ceremony, the youths solemnly presented their personal 100-day goals. In the upcoming three-month online execution phase, they will work under the guidance of professional mentors, engaging in themed sessions and one-on-one coaching. Through dedication and hard work, they will continue to grow and learn. Lanjingling will stand side by side with them, providing encouragement and support throughout their journey toward achieving their 100-day goals.
12月7日线上执行期开始，12月已在线上顺利开展第1、2、3次导师专业辅导课及3期一对一辅导课，学员们收获颇丰。
The online phase officially began on December 7th. By the end of the month, the first, second, and third professional mentoring sessions, along with three one-on-one coaching sessions, had been successfully conducted online, offering valuable learning outcomes for all participants.

The 403rd to 406th beYoureyeS Weekend Inclusive Activities took place on December 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th at Huangpu Riverside, Minhang Cultural Park, Century Park, and Gumei Park, respectively.

At the 404th event, Xu Jun, a first-time participant with visual impairment, shared that he had mustered the courage to leave his home and join the activity — where he felt the warm companionship and support of Lanjingling.

12月11日晚，上海市民办万源城协和双语学校初中部携手蓝睛灵，共同举办了一场意义非凡的慈善音乐会。初中部数百名学生与来自蓝睛灵和盲校的视障小伙伴们同台演出，动人的演奏与真挚的朗诵交织成一场温暖人心的音乐盛宴。这不仅是一次艺术的呈现，更是一次跨越障碍、传递爱与包容的美好实践。音乐会现场充满了感动与欢笑，展现了教育与公益相结合的力量与温度。

On the evening of December 11th, the middle school division of Shanghai United International School, Wanyuan Campus, partnered with Lanjingling to host a deeply meaningful charity concert. Hundreds of middle school students shared the stage with people with visual impairments from Lanjingling and local schools for the blind. Through moving musical performances and heartfelt recitations, they created a touching and unforgettable evening of warmth and connection. More than just an artistic showcase, the event embodied the spirit of breaking down barriers and promoting love and inclusion. The atmosphere was filled with both emotion and joy, powerfully demonstrating the warmth and impact that can arise from the intersection of education and public service.

2024年12月18日，上海市民办万源协和双语学校举办了第三届职业探索日活动，通过大咖职业启蒙讲座、应聘面试以及职业沙龙的多元形式，不仅让学生们深入了解了来自真实职场的一手信息，更激发了他们对未来职业方向的深刻思考，引导他们解锁生涯规划的新可能。
On December 18, 2024, Shanghai United International High School hosted its third Career Exploration Day. Through a variety of formats such as expert career talks, mock interviews, and career salons, the event not only provided students with valuable first-hand information from the real job market but also sparked their deep reflection on future career directions, guiding them to unlock new possibilities for career planning.

12月6日，本期“百日计划”线下成长营圆满结束，开启了线上执行期。导师专业辅导课在腾讯会议APP上开展。
On December 6, the in-person growth camp for Session 5 of the “100-Day Engagement 2.0” program concluded successfully, marking the beginning of the online execution phase. Professional mentoring sessions are now being conducted via the Tencent Meeting app
12月9日，拥有丰富职场经验和创业经历的Lesdy老师主讲《求职第一步，简历面试准备》。
12月18日，由希尔顿大中华区及蒙古人力资源部高级人力资源运营经理Jasmine老师和西安阳光城希尔顿花园酒店总经理Lawrence老师一起，为学员们带来《行业认知-酒店服务业》主题分享。
12月25日，视障权益倡导者和ESG/可持续发展专家吴力权(Right WU)老师主讲《学好辅助功能，助力高效工作》。
On December 9th, Mentor Lesdy, who brings a wealth of professional experience and entrepreneurial insight, delivered a session titled “The First Step in Job Hunting: Resume and Interview Preparation.”
On December 18th, Mentor Jasmine — Senior HR Operations Manager for Hilton Greater China and Mongolia — and Mentor Lawrence — General Manager of Hilton Garden Inn Xi’an Sunshine City — jointly led an industry-focused session on “Insights into the Hospitality Industry.”
On December 25th, Mentor Right Wu, an advocate for the rights of people with visual impairments and an expert in ESG and sustainability, presented a lecture titled “Mastering Assistive Technology to Boost Work Efficiency.”
导师们以他们专业的知识和耐心的解答，引导学员们了解关于职场、酒店行业和信息无障碍的知识和技能。
每一次导师专业辅导课后，都有包括希尔顿在内的多家全球知名企业的导师为学员们带来一对一辅导，助力学员们融会贯通课上所学的知识，提升职场能力。
The mentors, with their professional knowledge and patient guidance, helped the participants understand knowledge and skills related to the workplace, the hospitality industry, and accessibility.
After each mentor coaching session, mentors from several globally renowned companies, including Hilton, provided one-on-one coaching to help the participants integrate and apply the knowledge learned in the sessions, enhancing their workplace skills.

2. Lanjingling Held an Accessibility Sharing Session at an Organization
12月10日中午，蓝睛灵团队前往某机构的办公楼，为机构的员工呈现了一场精彩的午间分享会。分享会上，蓝睛灵的视障伙伴与健视伙伴分别从自身视角出发，分享了组织和参与活动的感受与满满收获。通过主持人详细的介绍，大家深入了解了蓝睛灵举办的系列活动，以及其所倡导的无障碍理念。
On the afternoon of December 10th, the Lanjingling team visited the office building of an organization to present an engaging lunchtime sharing session for its employees. During the session, members from Lanjingling with visual impairment, along with their sighted counterparts, shared their experiences and the valuable insights gained from organizing and participating in activities, each from their own perspective. Through the detailed introduction by the host, everyone gained a deeper understanding of the series of events organized by Lanjingling and the accessibility philosophy it advocates.
3、视障者与家人朋友一起欣赏钢琴独奏音乐会，共享艺术之美
3. Individuals With Visual Impairment Enjoyed a Piano Solo Concert With Family

12月15日晚，多位视障者与他们的家人朋友共40余人在凯迪拉克上海音乐厅欣赏了国际钢琴家吴牧野带来的钢琴独奏世界巡演音乐会。此次音乐会由主办方和钢琴家吴牧野特别联合“融艺 Arts Access”与“蓝睛灵（做你的眼睛 beYoureyeS）”，为视障伙伴无偿提供观演机会，让更多人能够亲身感受音乐的力量。
On the evening of December 15th, over 40 Lanjingling members with visual impairments and their families and friends attended an international piano solo world tour concert by renowned pianist Muye Wu at the Cadillac Shanghai Concert Hall. This event was made possible through the collaboration of the concert organizers, pianist Muye Wu, "Arts Access," and "Lanjingling (beYoureyeS)." Together, they provided free tickets for members with visual impairment, allowing more people to experience the transformative power of music.

beYoureyeS is a local NGO founded in January 2015, in Shanghai, and is dedicated to promoting sports accessibility, making it easier for those who are persons with visual impairments to enjoy sports.
在我们的活动中，无论视障者，还是健视者，都称呼彼此为蓝睛灵，我们的公益组织也叫这个名字。
Whether a runner with visual impairment or unimpaired runner, all of our participants are called "Lanjingling", which is also the name of our NGO.
