In March 2026, the 6th phase of the "100–Day Engagement 2.0" successfully concluded, and Lanjingling launched a series of public welfare month activities with Wanyuan Xiehe. This month, Lanjingling organized 4 weekend inclusive activities, 1 corporate social responsibility (CSR) activity, and 20 school–based inclusive activities. The team also participated in 1 sports event. For the 6th phase of the "100–Day Engagement 2.0", 2 online themed classes, 1 closing ceremony, and 2 one-on-one counseling sessions were conducted.

2026年3月18日晚，由希尔顿集团与蓝睛灵（做你的眼睛 beYoureyeS）深度合作、共同发起的“做你的眼睛·视障者职场赋能‘百日计划2.0’（6期）”项目在线举行结营仪式，标志着为期百天的视障者职场赋能之旅圆满落幕。
On the evening of March 18, 2026, the closing ceremony for the 6th phase of "beYoureyeS · Workplace Empowerment for Persons with Visual Impairment '100–Day Engagement 2.0'" was held online. This project was deeply co-created and launched by Hilton Group and Lanjingling (beYoureyeS), marking the successful completion of a 100-day workplace empowerment journey for individuals with visual impairment.

2. Lanjingling and Wanyuan City Xiehe Join Hands for Public Welfare Month Activities
3月，蓝睛灵与万源城协和双语学校开展蓝睛灵主题公益月系列活动。以“乐高共创”为启动，以“慈善足球赛”收尾，蓝睛灵团队进入校园，通过全黑环境协作、无障碍音乐课程、现场情景剧、真人图书馆、陪跑绳制作等沉浸式体验，形成完整的系列教育实践。作为长期合作伙伴，双方持续以校园为载体，将无障碍理念转化为可参与、可感知的教育实践。
In March, Lanjingling and Wanyuan City Xiehe Bilingual School organized a Lanjingling themed public welfare month series of activities. Starting with a "Lego Co-creation" event as the launch and ending with a "Charity Football Match," the Lanjingling team went into the school. Through immersive experiences such as teamwork in total darkness, accessible music classes, live drama performances, human libraries, and making running ropes, a complete series of educational practices was formed. As long-term partners, the two sides continued to use the school as a carrier to turn the concept of accessibility into practical, tangible educational activities.

做你的眼睛第458期至第461期周末融合活动于3月8日、15日、22日和29日在世纪公园、黄浦滨江、万源协和操场和古美公园开展。原定于3月1日的活动因下雨取消。
The 458th to 461st beYoureyeS weekend inclusive activities took place on March 8, 15, 22, and 29 at Century Park, Huangpu Riverside, Wanyuan Xiehe Playground, and Gumei Park. The activity originally planned for March 1 was canceled due to rain.

第458期也是马年第一场周末活动在3月8日开展，我们向大家分发了蓝睛灵11周年纪念本；第460期活动在万源协和的校园里开展，大家在操场上走走跑跑，体验回到校园的乐趣；第461期周末活动的皮划艇体验，给低视力伙伴小顾留下了深刻印象。
The 458th activity, which was also the first weekend activity in the Year of the Horse, was held on March 8, and we handed out Lanjingling 11th Anniversary commemorative notebooks to everyone. The 460th activity took place on the playground of Wanyuan Xiehe, where everyone walked and ran, enjoying the fun of returning to campus. The kayaking experience during the 461st weekend activity left a deep impression on Xiao Gu, a partner with visual impairment.

“做你的眼睛-苏州”闪耀苏马赛场
"beYoureyeS-Suzhou" Shines at the Suzhou Marathon
2026年3月29日清晨，“做你的眼睛-苏州”团队闪耀在苏州马拉松赛场上，7位视障跑者与28位陪跑员，共35位苏州蓝睛灵顺利完赛。“做你的眼睛-苏州”每周四、周日组织两次陪跑，风雨无阻的陪伴与磨合，让赛场上的每一步都充满默契和力量。
On the morning of March 29, 2026, the "beYoureyeS-Suzhou" team shone at the Suzhou Marathon. A total of 35 members from Suzhou Lanjingling, including 7 runners with visual impairment and 28 guide runners, successfully finished the race. The "beYoureyeS-Suzhou" team organizes guide running sessions twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays, rain or shine. Their constant companionship and training made every step on the race course full of connection and strength.

Lanjingling Joins Hands with Roche Dragon Project for an Accessibility Awareness Workshop
3月21日下午，蓝睛灵携手罗氏（上海）医药科技有限公司龙项目、维泰联生建筑工程（上海）有限公司联合开展无障碍意识工作坊。活动由罗氏龙项目与蓝睛灵共同策划，通过分享交流、音视频呈现及互动体验，引导参与者走近视障群体，理解其真实需求，感受到无障碍理念在沟通与协作中的价值。
On the afternoon of March 21, Lanjingling, Roche (Shanghai) Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. Dragon Project, and Vertex Construction (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. jointly held an accessibility awareness workshop. The event was co-planned by the Roche Dragon Project and Lanjingling. Through sharing sessions, audio-visual presentations, and interactive experiences, it guided participants to step into the world of persons with visual impairment, understand their real needs, and appreciate the value of accessibility in communication and teamwork.

1、包校服务学习行动日融合活动
1. School–Based Inclusive Activity
3月12日、17日下午，蓝睛灵来到上海民办包玉刚实验学校虹桥校区，参与8年级和7年级师生组织开展的服务学习行动日融合活动。这两次活动属于蓝睛灵与包校开展的系列服务学习课程，通过访谈交流、手工劳动、共同参与体验游戏等多种形式引导学生深入了解视障群体、关注无障碍的议题。
On the afternoons of March 12 and 17, Lanjingling visited the Hongqiao Campus of Shanghai YK Pao School to take part in the Service Learning Action Day inclusive activities organized by 7th and 8th-grade teachers and students. These two events belong to a series of service-learning courses between Lanjingling and YK Pao School. Through interviews, hands-on activities, and playing inclusive games together, students were guided to deeply understand persons with visual impairment and pay attention to accessibility topics.

2、万源协和义卖
2. Wanyuan Xiehe Charity Bazaar
3月13日，万源协和双语学校举办一年一度的“爱在万源”义卖活动。作为公益组织，蓝睛灵第三次受邀参与此次活动，与师生及家长们共同倡导无障碍的理念。蓝睛灵的展位上不仅有蓝睛灵的周边纪念品，还有孩子们喜欢的玩具和游戏。视障咖啡师小雅现场冲泡手冲咖啡，让参与者在品味醇香的时候，了解无障碍融合就业的可能性。
On March 13, Wanyuan City Xiehe Bilingual School held its annual "Love in Wanyuan" charity bazaar. As a public welfare organization, Lanjingling was invited to participate for the third time, working with teachers, students, and parents to advocate for the concept of accessibility. Lanjingling's booth offered not only Lanjingling souvenirs but also toys and games that children love. Xiao Ya, a barista with visual impairment, brewed pour-over coffee on-site, allowing participants to enjoy the rich aroma while learning about the possibilities of inclusive employment.

3、蓝睛灵携手 L’ÉCOLE 珠宝艺术中心与多校学生开展无障碍观展实践
3. Lanjingling Joins Hands with L'ÉCOLE School of Jewelry Arts and Students from Multiple Schools for an Accessible Exhibition Visit
3月21日上午，蓝睛灵与L’ÉCOLE 珠宝艺术中心再次开展无障碍矿石展观展活动，联动多所学校学生共同参与。来自上海民办包玉刚实验学校虹桥校区与浦东新区民办惠立学校的同学承担引导视障伙伴、讲解及记录工作；同时，世外中学与万源协和相关学生社团也参与支持与经验分享。所有参与学生均已完成视障礼仪与无障碍培训。活动中，学生志愿者与视障伙伴一对一结伴观展，借助无障碍导览材料与矿石样本，共同完成展览体验。在真实场景中，学生们将理念转化为行动，为视障者创造更加平等、友好的观展环境。
On the morning of March 21, Lanjingling and L'ÉCOLE School of Jewelry Arts once again organized an accessible minerals exhibition visit, bringing together students from multiple schools. Students from YK Pao School (Hongqiao Campus) and Shanghai Huili School (Pudong) took on the roles of guiding partners with visual impairment, explaining the exhibits, and recording the event. Meanwhile, student clubs from Shanghai World Foreign Language Academy and Wanyuan Xiehe also joined to support and share their experiences. All participating students had completed visual impairment etiquette and accessibility training. During the event, student volunteers paired up one-on-one with partners with visual impairment to experience the exhibition together with the help of accessible tour guide materials and mineral samples. In a real-world setting, students turned concepts into actions, creating a more equal and friendly viewing environment for persons with visual impairment.

4、蓝睛灵携手万源协和、Playable Design共创乐高积木拼搭融合体验
4. Lanjingling Joins Hands with Wanyuan Xiehe and Playable Design for a Lego Brick Building Inclusive Co-creation Experience
3月22日，万源协和大剧院迎来了一场别开生面的乐高积木拼搭融合共创体验活动。本次活动由万源协和、Playable Design与蓝睛灵共同发起，36位参与者（包括视障伙伴和学生）分成9组，在乐高®专业认证拼砌大师侯唯唯的指导下，共同探索"通过玩乐学习"的理念。活动现场，所有参与者全程佩戴眼罩，通过触觉、语言和想象力完成创作。这种独特的非视觉体验让学生们深刻体会到：差异不是障碍，而是连接与创新的力量。真正的融合，并不是让大家体验一次差异，而是在真实的协作中，看见彼此的能力。
On March 22, the Wanyuan Xiehe Grand Theater hosted a unique Lego brick building inclusive co-creation activity. Co-launched by Wanyuan Xiehe, Playable Design, and Lanjingling, 36 participants (including partners with visual impairment and students) were divided into 9 groups. Under the guidance of Prince Hou, a LEGO® Certified Professional, they explored the concept of "learning through play" together. During the activity, all participants wore blindfolds throughout the process, creating works through touch, language, and imagination. This unique non-visual experience helped students deeply realize that differences are not barriers, but rather the power of connection and innovation. True inclusion does not mean just experiencing a difference once, but seeing each other's abilities through real teamwork.

5、蓝睛灵携手万源城协和双语学校开展第三届公益主题月活动
5. Lanjingling Joins Hands with Wanyuan City Xiehe Bilingual School for the 3rd Public Welfare Theme Month
3月23日至27日，蓝睛灵团队进入上海万源城协和双语学校，在第三届公益主题月活动中，为小学至高中多个年级带来14场融合主题体验课程。本届活动在往届基础上进一步拓展，从前期乐高共创热身，到后续足球慈善赛联动，形成完整的系列实践。通过全黑环境协作、无障碍音乐课程、现场情景剧、真人图书馆、陪跑绳制作等沉浸式体验，师生与家长在互动中感知视障群体的生活方式，理解多元与融合的真实意义。
From March 23 to 27, the Lanjingling team entered Shanghai Wanyuan City Xiehe Bilingual School. During the 3rd Public Welfare Theme Month, they delivered 14 inclusive theme experience courses for multiple grades from primary school to high school. Building on previous years, this year's event expanded further, forming a complete series of practices from the early Lego co-creation warm-up to the follow-up charity football match. Through immersive experiences such as teamwork in total darkness, accessible music classes, live drama performances, human libraries, and making running ropes, teachers, students, and parents learned about the lifestyle of persons with visual impairment and understood the true meaning of diversity and inclusion.

6、2026何叶道·爱在万源春季足球慈善邀请赛圆满举行
6. 2026 He Yedao · Love in Wanyuan Spring Charity Football Invitation Match Successfully Held
3月28日，2026何叶道·爱在万源春季足球慈善邀请赛圆满举行。作为万源城协和双语学校公益主题月的收官活动，赛事汇聚六支队伍，以足球为载体，进一步连接体育、公益与教育。赛前，主办及承办单位与各参赛队伍共同向蓝睛灵捐赠善款，支持无障碍项目；赛事当天，蓝睛灵联合学校社团与合作伙伴组织公益义卖，学生与家长积极参与志愿服务；中场特别设置了盲人足球体验环节，吸引众多球员与观众参与。作为公益主题月的收尾，这场赛事不仅拓展了足球交流的平台，也让无障碍理念在真实场景中被更多人理解与实践。
On March 28, the 2026 He Yedao · Love in Wanyuan Spring Charity Football Invitation Match was successfully held. As the closing event of the Wanyuan City Xiehe Bilingual School Public Welfare Theme Month, the match brought together six teams, using football as a way to connect sports, charity, and education. Before the match, the hosts, organizers, and participating teams jointly donated funds to Lanjingling to support accessibility projects. On the day of the match, Lanjingling teamed up with school clubs and partners to organize a charity bazaar, with students and parents actively participating in volunteer services. A special blind football experience session was set up during halftime, attracting many players and spectators. As the conclusion of the public welfare theme month, this match not only expanded the platform for football exchange but also allowed the concept of accessibility to be understood and practiced by more people in a real-world setting.

2. "100–Day Engagement 2.0" Phase 6 Successfully Concluded
2026年3月18日晚，由希尔顿集团与蓝睛灵（做你的眼睛 beYoureyeS）深度合作、共同发起的“做你的眼睛·视障者职场赋能‘百日计划2.0’（6期）”项目在线举行结营仪式，标志着为期百天的视障者职场赋能之旅圆满落幕。该项目以挖掘视障人士在酒店行业的职业发展潜能为核心，致力于为他们创造更多学习与成长的机会，助力视障群体迈向更广阔的职业发展空间，实现属于自己的职业梦想。本期学员、希尔顿集团代表、导师团队、蓝睛灵工作团队及受邀嘉宾齐聚云端，共同见证这一意义非凡的时刻。学员们通过集体创作作品《时光胶囊》《有梦》《百日欢乐颂》，回顾百日点滴、表达内心感受，在特别设计的颁奖仪式，学员们向导师团队及项目组表达了真挚的感谢与敬意。
On the evening of March 18, 2026, the closing ceremony for the 6th phase of "beYoureyeS · Workplace Empowerment for Persons with Visual Impairment '100–Day Engagement 2.0'" was held online. This project was deeply co-created and launched by Hilton Group and Lanjingling (beYoureyeS), marking the successful completion of a 100-day workplace empowerment journey for individuals with visual impairment.
The project focuses on discovering the career development potential of persons with visual impairment in the hotel industry. It is dedicated to creating more learning and growth opportunities for them, helping the community of persons with visual impairment move toward a broader professional space and achieve their career dreams. This semester's students, representatives from the Hilton Group, the mentor team, the Lanjingling work team, and invited guests gathered online to witness this meaningful moment.
The students reviewed their 100-day journey and shared their feelings through group creative works such as Time Capsule, Having a Dream, and Ode to 100 Days of Joy. In a specially designed award ceremony, the students expressed their sincere gratitude and respect to the mentor team and the project group.
