Lanjingling has been officially rated as a 3A-level social organization. This month, we organized 4 weekend inclusive activities, 6 corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, and 1 school-based inclusive activity, and participated in 1 charity walkathon. The inclusive employment component of the "100-Day Engagement" program continues to advance. Hilton collaborated with Lanjingling to conduct an accessibility awareness workshop, providing strong support for the practical implementation of inclusive employment.

Lanjingling Rated as a 3A Level Social Organization
2025年下半年,上海市闵行区民政局依据《社会组织评估管理办法》对蓝睛灵进行了全面评估,经过党的建设、基础条件、内部治理、业务活动、诚信建设、及社会评价等多维度严格考核,蓝睛灵于2026年2月正式获评3A级社会组织评估等级证书。
这份荣誉不仅是对蓝睛灵过去工作的肯定,更是对我们未来发展的激励。蓝睛灵将始终秉持“融合、平等、多元、赋能”的核心价值观,进一步提升面向视障群体、面向社会的服务能力,从运动、教育、就业三大领域,推广多元融合活动,促成无障碍社会的发展。

In the second half of 2025, the Minhang District Civil Affairs Bureau of Shanghai conducted a comprehensive evaluation of Lanjingling in accordance with the Measures for the Evaluationand Management of Social Organizations. After rigorous assessments covering Party building, foundational conditions, internal governance, operational activities, integrity building, and public evaluation, Lanjingling officially received its 3A-level social organization certificate in February 2026.
This recognition not only affirms Lanjingling's past achievements but also inspires our future development. Lanjingling will continue to uphold its core values of "integration, equality, diversity, and empowerment," further strengthening our capacity to servepersonswith visual impairment and society at large, and promoting diverse inclusive activities across the three major fields of sports, education, and employment to advance the development of an accessible society.

第462期“做你的眼睛”周末融合活动之时,恰逢世纪公园举办春日樱花展活动,蓝睛灵伙伴们与众多游客一起赏樱花,运动的同时也感受这大自然送给每一个人的美丽春天。
The 462nd beYoureyeS weekend inclusive activity coincided with the Spring Cherry Blossom Exhibition at Century Park. Lanjingling members enjoyed the cherry blossoms alongside many visitors, taking in the beautiful spring that nature offers to everyone while staying active.

1、希尔顿 × 蓝睛灵开展无障碍意识工作坊,助力融合就业实践落地
1. Hilton × Lanjingling Conduct Accessibility Awareness Workshop, Supporting Inclusive Employment Practices
4月27日,蓝睛灵团队走进Hilton旗下上海缤纷里希尔顿嘉悦里酒店,为多部门员工开展无障碍意识工作坊。
本次活动围绕新入职视障员工吴凡(百日计划6期学员)的岗位融入展开,通过视障礼仪分享、引导技巧培训与沉浸式体验,帮助即将与视障同事协作的员工更深入地理解视障群体的真实需求、工作方式与能力边界,以更具同理心和专业性的方式共同营造包容的职场环境。
吴凡的顺利入职,是蓝睛灵与希尔顿长期融合就业合作的又一实践成果。未来,双方将继续深化合作,结合真实岗位经验,逐步梳理和完善视障者在酒店行业中的支持路径,推动“百日计划”从赋能培训走向更系统化的就业实践,为更多视障者拓展职业发展的可能。
On April 27, the Lanjingling team visited the Hilton Shanghai Insignia Canopy Hotel to conduct an accessibility awareness workshop for employees across multiple departments.
The workshop centered on the workplace integration of Wu Fan, a new employee with visual impairment and a graduate of Phase 6 of the 100-Day Engagement program. Through sessions on visual impairment etiquette, guide technique training, and immersive experiences, the workshop helped employees who would be working alongside a colleague with visual impairment gain a deeper understanding of the real needs, working methods, and capabilities of persons with visual impairment, fostering an inclusive workplace environment built on empathy and professionalism.
Wu Fan's successful onboarding represents another milestone in the long-term inclusive employment partnership between Lanjingling and Hilton. Going forward, both parties will continue to deepen their collaboration, drawing on real workplace experiences to refine support pathways forpersonswith visual impairment in the hospitality industry, advancing the "100-Day Engagement" from empowerment training toward more systematic employment practices, and expanding career development opportunities for morepersonswith visual impairment.

Lanjingling Participates in Sustainability Challenge Offline Camp, Supporting Student Social Innovation Projects
4月3日,蓝睛灵走进某校园,以公益顾问身份参与7年级、9年级“可持续挑战”线下课程,支持学生开展无障碍设计实践。参与学生此前已完成蓝睛灵无障碍意识培训,并通过访谈视障伙伴,初步理解真实需求。在本次课程中,同学们进一步明确项目目标,围绕实际场景展开设计与优化。蓝睛灵视障伙伴与团队成员现场分享日常出行与生活体验,与学生深入交流并提供专业建议,帮助同学将理念转化为可落地的方案。
On April 3, Lanjingling visited a school campus as a public interest advisor to participate in the "Sustainability Challenge" offline course for Grades 7 and 9, supporting students in accessible design projects. The participating students had previously completed Lanjingling's accessibility awareness training and interviewed partners with visual impairment to gain an initial understanding of real-world needs. During this session, students further refined their project goals and worked on design and optimization for real-world scenarios. Lanjingling's partners with visual impairment and team members shared their daily travel and living experiences on-site, engaged in in-depth discussions with students, and provided professional guidance, helping students translate concepts into actionable solutions.

一个鸡蛋的暴走:爱在万源,为爱暴走
E.G.G. Walkathon: Wanyuan Walks for Love
4月26日上午,2026“一个鸡蛋的暴走”在前滩友城公园鸣枪开走。这场由上海联劝公益基金会发起的公益徒步,让善意在脚步中被连接与传递。上海万源城协和双语学校集结三支队伍参与其中,小学、初中、高中三个学部分别支持不同公益项目。其中,“协和万源蓝睛灵队”为蓝睛灵的儿童无障碍行动定向筹款。
On the morning of April 26, the 2026 E.G.G. Walkathon set off from Qiantan Youcheng Park. Initiated by the Shanghai United Foundation, this charity walk connected and carried forward goodwill with every step. Shanghai United International School, Wanyuan Campus assembled three teams for the event, with its primary, middle, and high school divisions each supporting different charitable projects. Among them, the "SUIS Wanyuan Lanjingling Team" raised designated funds for Lanjingling's children's accessibility initiative.

这只队伍里,有每天站在讲台上传递知识的老师,有默默付出、用心陪伴的家委会妈妈,有在绿茵场上挥洒热情的“老狼队”爸爸,还有即将奔赴人生新阶段的十二年级同学,他们一起完成了15km的暴走挑战。与此同时,来自蓝睛灵的视障伙伴、志愿者,以及创始人纪元向东一家,也与大家并肩完成15公里挑战。感谢协和万源蓝睛灵团队,感谢所有捐款、陪走、转发的伙伴,是你们,让温暖被看见,让行动被传递!
This team included teachers who share knowledge from the podium every day, parent committee mothers who quietly devote their time and care, "Old Wolves Team" dads who bring their enthusiasm to the football field, and Grade 12 students about to embark on the next chapter of their lives. Together, they completed the 15 km walkathon challenge. At the same time,personswith visual impairment and volunteers from Lanjingling, along with founders Li Jiyuan and Lu Xiangdong and their family, also walked side by side with everyone to complete the 15 km challenge. Thank you to the SUIS Wanyuan Lanjingling Team and to every partnerwho donated, walked alongside us, and shared the campaign. Because of you, warmth was seen and action was carried forward!

4月8日上午,蓝睛灵与泛林半导体再次合作,开展陪跑绳编织活动。通过视频与分享,大家深入了解了陪跑绳的发展与其在无障碍运动中的意义。活动中,参与者与视障伙伴、志愿者们一起动手编织陪跑绳,在实践中理解“连接与信任”的价值。
On the morning of April 8, Lanjingling partnered once again with Lam Research to host a running rope weaving activity. Through videos and sharing sessions, participants gained a deeper understanding of the development of running ropes and their significance in accessible sports. During the activity, participants joinedpersonswith visual impairment and volunteers in weaving running ropes by hand, experiencing the value of "connection and trust" in practice.

2、蓝睛灵 × eBay开展陪跑绳编织公益活动

4月16日、17日,蓝睛灵与eBay再次携手,在eBay(中国)上海办公室连续开展了两场“做你的眼睛”陪跑绳编织公益活动。参与者在了解无障碍运动的同时,亲手编织这根连接彼此的“信任纽带”。在动手实践中,大家更直观地体会到陪跑中关于安全与责任的细节。蓝睛灵与eBay持续携手,通过一次次行动,让理解与连接在真实场景中发生,也让无障碍运动被更多人看见与参与。
On April 16 and 17, Lanjingling joined hands with eBay once again to hold two beYoureyeS running rope weaving CSR activities at eBay China's Shanghai offices. While learning about accessible sports, participantswovethis "bond of trust" that connects people to one another. Through hands-on practice, they gained a more direct understanding of the details of safety and responsibility involved in guide running. Lanjingling and eBay continue to work together, using each initiative to foster understanding and connection in real-life settings and to bring accessible sports to the attention of a wider audience.

4月20日下午,蓝睛灵与eBay在世纪公园再次携手,开展体验式无障碍公益活动。这是双方今年第三次合作,从室内工作坊到户外实践,持续以多样化形式推动无障碍理念的传播。蓝睛灵无障碍引导师讲解视障礼仪与陪跑方法,引导参与者走近视障群体,理解真实需求。在轻松的氛围中,大家逐步建立对非视觉状态与不同协作方式的感知,也更直观体会到多元与包容为每个人带来的价值。
On the afternoon of April 20, Lanjingling and eBay joined forces again at Century Park for an experiential accessibility CSR activity. This was the third collaboration between the two parties this year. From indoor workshops to outdoor practice, they have continued to promote accessibility awareness in diverse forms. Lanjingling accessibility facilitators explained etiquette for interacting withpersonswith visual impairment and guide running techniques, guiding participants to better understandpersonswith visual impairment and their real needs. In a relaxed atmosphere, participants gradually developed an awareness of non-visual experiences and different modes of collaboration, gaining a more direct appreciation of the value that diversity and inclusion bring to everyone.

4、蓝睛灵x3M中国开展无障碍意识工作坊
4. Lanjingling x3M conducts accessibility awareness workshop in China
4月22日下午,蓝睛灵与3M中国携手开展无障碍意识工作坊。活动中,蓝睛灵团队系统分享了视障群体的生活状态与无障碍理念,视障伙伴小俞以亲身经历引发参与者对“尊重与理解”的深入思考。在实践环节,3M中国员工们在了解陪跑绳的基础上,与蓝睛灵伙伴共同完成编织,将“连接与信任”转化为可触摸的体验。通过分享与互动,参与者不仅走近视障群体,也在行动中感知多元与融合的意义,让无障碍理念在真实场景中生根发芽。
On the afternoon of April 22, Lanjingling partnered with 3M China to conduct an accessibility awareness workshop. During the event, the Lanjingling team provided a comprehensive overview of the daily lives ofpersonswith visual impairment and key accessibility concepts. Xiao Yu, a partner with visual impairment, drew on personal experience to prompt participants to reflect deeply on "respect and understanding." In the hands-on segment, 3M China employees learned about running ropes and worked alongside Lanjingling members to weave them, transforming "connection and trust" into a tangible experience. Through sharing and interaction, participants not only came closer to understandingpersonswith visual impairment but also recognized the significance of diversity and inclusion in action, allowing the concept ofaccessibility to take root in real-world settings.

5、蓝睛灵与某全球工业科技企业开展无障碍工作坊
5. Lanjingling Conducts Accessibility Workshop with a Global Industrial Technology Enterprise
4月24日下午,蓝睛灵与某全球工业科技企业合作开展“做你的眼睛”无障碍工作坊。作为该企业“Earth Month(地球月)”主题活动的一部分,这次合作将可持续发展的关注从环境延伸至社会包容领域,聚焦视障群体的平等与融合。活动结合了室内分享与室外互动体验,系统介绍视障人士和无障碍理念。在组队打卡游戏中,引导参与者以非视觉方式完成任务,在实践中感知视障伙伴的日常挑战,使理解成为真实的连接。
On the afternoon of April 24, Lanjingling collaborated with a global industrial technology enterprise to conduct a beYoureyeS accessibility workshop. As part of the company's "Earth Month" initiative, this collaboration extended the focus of sustainable development from the environment to social inclusion, centering on equality and integration forpersonswith visual impairment. The event combined indoor sharing sessions with outdoor interactive experiences, providing a comprehensive introduction to visual impairment and accessibility concepts. In a team checkpoint game, participants were guided to complete tasks without relying on sight, gaining firsthand insight into the daily challenges faced bypersonswith visual impairment and turning understanding into genuine connection.
