Apple公司于近期发布了《2025-2026年度中国企业责任报告》，报告中提到：
并肩同行，一起"看见"远方
Apple与上海蓝睛灵体育志愿服务中心（简称“蓝睛灵”)合作开展的“做你的眼睛”视障者职场赋能“百日计划”项目，已成功开展6期，累计支持超过80名来自全国各地的视障青年，其中已有20位视障者入职Apple。
六年时光里，众多 Apple 志愿者们深耕其中。随着项目持续迭代优化，合作机构稳步发展，志愿者们慢慢积累成长，一届届参训的视障学员也在这里发生改变。在时代发展的浪潮中，科技持续为残障群体赋能，缩小着身体缺陷带给他们的障碍，也激励着志愿者们做得更好。
在无障碍就业领域，Apple发挥着行业示范作用，为有意愿提供无障碍就业环境的企业带来了信心与启发。越来越多的企业以不同方式和程度加入到“百日计划”中，为视障人士提供了多元的就业机会，也让项目本身更加丰富。在志愿服务的过程中，Apple员工志愿者看到“百日计划”在企业内部引发的思想冲击，潜移默化地影响着参与其中的员工们，让大家有机会与残障人士一起共事，也促使每个人主动思考，如何将平等包容的无障碍理念，真正融入日常工作与生活之中。
在这条并肩同行的道路上，Apple志愿者将怀揣善意，持续赋能，陪伴更多视障学员一起“看见”远方。
Apple recently released its 2025–2026 China Corporate Responsibility Report, which highlights Moving Forward Together, Helping More People "See" the Future.
The beYoureyeS Workplace Empowerment Program "100 Days Engagement" for persons with visual impairment, jointly launched by Apple and Shanghai Lanjingling Sports Volunteer Service Center ("Lanjingling"), has successfully completed 6 sessions. The program has supported more than 80 young persons with visual impairment from across China, and 20 participants have successfully joined Apple as employees.
Over the past six years, many Apple volunteers have dedicated themselves deeply to this program. As the program continues to evolve and improve, partner organizations have steadily developed, volunteers have continued to grow through their experiences, and each group of participants with visual impairment has undergone meaningful personal growth. As society continues to advance, technology is providing ongoing empowerment for persons with disabilities, helping reduce the barriers caused by physical limitations and inspiring volunteers to continuously improve and create greater impact.
In the field of accessible employment, Apple has played a leading and exemplary role within the industry, bringing confidence and inspiration to companies that hope to build more accessible workplaces. More and more enterprises have joined the "100 Days Engagement" program in different ways and at different levels, providing diverse employment opportunities for persons with visual impairment and making the program itself more inclusive. During the volunteer service process, Apple employee volunteers have witnessed the impact that the "100 Days Engagement" has created within their own company. The experience has subtly influenced participating employees by giving them opportunities to work alongside persons with disabilities. It has also encouraged everyone to think proactively about how the principles of equality, inclusion, and accessibility can truly be integrated into everyday work and life.
On this journey of moving forward together, Apple volunteers will continue to carry kindness, provide support, and accompany more participants with visual impairment as they "see" a wider future.

REGULAR WEEKEND ACTIVITIES
第470期至第472期“做你的眼睛”周末融合活动于6月7日、14日和28日在古美公园、黄浦滨江和世纪公园开展。原定于6月21日的活动因下雨取消。
The 470th to 472nd beYoureyeS regular weekend activities were held on June 7, 14, and 28 at Gumei Park, Huangpu Riverside, and Century Park. The activity originally scheduled for June 21 was canceled due to rain.

第470期“做你的眼睛”周末融合活动迎来了7位第一次参与活动的视障伙伴，在古美公园感受无障碍皮划艇运动。
来自Flywire的多位企业员工参加了第471期和第472期“做你的眼睛”周末融合活动，他们从了解视障群体和陪跑方法开始，到能根据自己的速度与不同运动能力的视障者一起跑跑走走，用实践展现着融合运动的理念。

The 470th beYoureyeS regular weekend activity welcomed 7 participants with visual impairment who joined for the first time. At Gumei Park, they experienced accessible kayaking and enjoyed the fun of inclusive sports.

Several employees from Flywire participated in the 471st and 472nd regular weekend activities. Starting by learning about the lives of persons with visual impairment and how to guide them during activities, the volunteers gradually learned to adjust their pace and walk or run alongside participants with visual impairment of varying athletic ability. Through their actions, they demonstrated the true spirit of inclusive sports.

蓝睛灵×花旗中国：用盲文书写祝福，让包容发生
Lanjingling and Citi China: Writing Blessings in Braille and Making Inclusion Happen
6月11日下午，蓝睛灵团队为花旗中国员工开展了一场企业CSR活动。本次活动也是花旗全球志愿者日系列活动在上海的首场活动。
On the afternoon of June 11, the Lanjingling team organized a CSR activity for employees of Citi China. This event was also the first Shanghai event of Citi's Global Volunteer Day series.

活动中，蓝睛灵团队向参与员工介绍了视障群体的生活现状、无障碍环境建设以及社会融合的重要意义，并通过盲文体验等互动环节，引导大家进一步理解无障碍理念和多元包容的社会价值。
During the event, the Lanjingling team introduced participants to the current living conditions of persons with visual impairment, the importance of accessible environment development, and the significance of social inclusion. Through interactive activities such as Braille writing, participants gained a deeper understanding of accessibility and the social value of diversity and inclusion.

在活动现场，参与者们还在蓝睛灵11周年特别设计的盲文练习本上亲手书写盲文祝福语，用点点凸起的文字为视障学生送上真挚的关怀与美好的祝愿。
At the event, participants also hand-wrote Braille messages of blessing in a specially designed Braille practice booklet created for Lanjingling's 11th anniversary. Through the raised dots of Braille, they sent sincere care and warm wishes to students with visual impairment.

端午聚餐开心欢乐好时光
A Joyful Dragon Boat Festival Gathering
6月7日第470期“做你的眼睛”周末融合活动后，蓝睛灵组织了端午聚会。
蓝睛灵后勤团队准备了披萨、糕点和饮料，好多小伙伴们也带来给大家分享的美食、点心、水果，温娜现场歌唱俄罗斯歌曲《夜莺》，来自俄罗斯的视障科学家Vatilli跟大家分享了他的科研工作，关于宇宙、黑洞和物质，大家纷纷表示听不懂。欢乐的现场，美妙的歌声把聚会的兴奋推向高潮。
After the 470th beYoureyeS regular weekend activity on June 7, Lanjingling organized a Dragon Boat Festival gathering. The Lanjingling support team prepared pizzas, pastries, and drinks, and many participants also brought food, snacks, and fruit to share. During the gathering, Wenna performed the Russian song "Nightingale" live. Vatilli, a scientist with visual impairment from Russia, shared his research on topics such as the universe, black holes, and matter. Many participants joked that the scientific topics were hard to fully understand, but everyone enjoyed the fascinating discussion and wonderful atmosphere. The cheerful gathering and beautiful singing brought the event to its peak.
